On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. Very professional and reliable!! We were impressed!

Honestly I was considering taking their advice however I called Brendon at SOS. He told me they could do and they were not afraid of the challenge. We had some issues with getting block done,although after waiting patiently it was returned and the engine rebuild was completed. I've put about 6k miles on the engine and just recently had the oil and filter changed, we found NO metal from the rebuild and the truck is running really good. For all you DD15 owners...if you need a rebuild I highly recommend taking it to SOS truck & trailer repair.

Their payment for service is terrible. Their invoice clearly states that they accept credit cards…read morewithout any indication that they charge an extra 3.5% for service fees. They don't accept credit cards unless the person can come by and physically swipe your card. They will accept checks and Zelle but not Venmo or PayPal. In addition, I kept waiting for an ETA for when they would stop by. They mentioned that it would be later in the day. They never texted or called and just knocked at the door. I had to scramble to reschedule a work meeting that was supposed to start 20 minutes after they arrived. It seems like they would do good enough work but the hassle of scheduling and payment will have me looking elsewhere when we have future needs.
