We had a driveway put in in November, and our gate started dragging several months later. When it dragged, it would have to be reset, which was very inconvenient if you were stuck outside and had to try to squeeze your body through the small gap. I found Dygert Gates on Yelp, and he was very friendly. He came out a couple days later, and he suggested we cut the hinges off and move them up. He didn't charge us for the initial visit and said we could pay for the service call when he came back to fix it. He came back a couple weeks later, and fixed the gate in a couple hours. He did a great job! A week or so later, the gate started to open too far causing it to freeze. I called him back, and he came the following afternoon and got it fixed. He said the gate went into learn mode for some reason, and he fixed it within 10 minutes. He was very apologetic, even though he didn't do it. He's really pleasant and professional and a pleasure to do business with! We thought we would need to buy a new gate, so we appreciate his honesty!! read more
