Twice I've used them, and the work they did for me is great. They tell me that if I have any…read moreproblems to call them, and they will come back to fix them. So far I've not had to do this. The 2nd time Juan had to come out to re-weld a section of fence that Oncor had damaged replacing a transformer. The person Oncor sent out to do the section replacement was a very nice guy, but he couldn't weld. I gave him two try's and both times the welds broke. Knowing that I would never get Oncor to reimburse me for the cost of J&J I still had them come out so I could get the job done right.
