His buddy told me, a motorize gate is a luxury item and since I'm rich I should just expect to pay. I told him it was security, for a widow. Charles demanded i pay $300.00 for the one hour job, his fee even though the gate worked before he came and didn't work when he was done. A simple welding job cost me $750.00, a widow to pay to fix what he broke. Sent him a messaged, " I hoped we could come to a agreement we both thought was fair". He ignored all messages.
