It started right, they rushed out for some sprinkler work and I asked about replacing my 18yr old fence. I got an estimate a little higher than the next closest so seemed inline, plus the quote had a little more detail. This was all preCOVID. After my deposit, they cancelled. starting multiple times, were consistently late and new excuses each time. We were 6 mo. In with more cancelations and some rain issues, but wouldn't have been if they honored earlier commitments. When the owner personally showed, he did work hard but I even had to mention after demo ended and they were mostly done, they left a batch of crap in the backyard that I had to ask several times to clean up. Cancelations got worse near the last 25% but then they convinced my wife to pay balance doe to personal financial challenges. After that everything was a struggle. More cancels and I complained about no caps on posts, no cement in post holes, missing boards, aesthetic issues,, gate issues and other stuff to drag to about a year for my fence. They wear you down with missed promises and I finally gave up. Now less than 2yrs old, I am having to hire another fence contractor to fix it. Don't get suckered like me.

Not only did he build the most beautiful fence in our neighborhood...he was the cheapest of all the quotes I received. If you're a Lewisville resident, he's eager to work with the PEP (Property Enhancement Program) the city provides, which will help pay for the fence. After we had selected Bluebonnet to do the fence, we learned that they had also built a fence for our dear friends in Flower Mound. She told me, "When we had that tornado, a tree fell on our new fence. It didn't budge." Despite the fact that Dale was going through cancer surgery and treatment during our fence project, it was efficiently and quickly. They even did a retaining wall for us, which looks like a million bucks. Completely, thoroughly, and in all other ways satisfied!

The builders did a great job and I am very satisfied with my fence. When some boards were found to be distorted, the owner had the crew out to replace them immediately as a courtesy. One thing I really appreciate is that Mike gets back to you right away via text. They also make it so convenient as well by allowing you to submit payments online. We just figured it was broken. But Buck helped get mine up and running and took the time to teach me how to use it. These guys are the best. Please call them!

I cancelled service because after my maiden grass bush was about half chopped off while they were weed eating, I sent a pleasant text message to let them know what happened and next time please be more careful. When I heard absolutely nothing back from them about this I decided to cancel any future service. I still did not even get a reply after that either. The last time they mowed we had to go weed eat against the fence because they didn't do a throughout job. I did not receive any kind of communication from you. NONE. I wouldn't come on here and tell lies.

My wife liked Cody's testimonials and my friend said he had actually worked with him in the past and recommended him. I asked my friend what something like that might cost and Cody hit the price on the head when he quoted me, so I asked if he could start to do it for that price and an additional item I asked him about. Brent started to dig right away and was done in a reasonably short time. He also explained to me what I was up against and some other tips. I could tell he was looking at us as a long term customer which means alot to us. We already asked when we could get some other services done and looks like January... Brent Cody will be stopping by our house again! I am pretty sure you will like his honesty and professionalism and price. Highly recommended

We contacted a number of companies for quotes--all of which were obscenely overpriced. Not to mention some of the people we talked to at these companies were just down right arrogant and rude. Thank goodness my boyfriend found Elliott. Despite how busy they were, Eric came out right away and was able to give us an extremely affordable quote (a relief for us new home owners). But most importantly, you can tell he is a good, honest person. He was very friendly and took the time to answer our questions. We were originally planning to replace just part of the fence this month but had another urgent repair come up, so we will be using Eric and his team to replace our entire fence this Spring. I will provide an update once our fence is finished. But I wanted others to know about the positive experience we've had with Elliott Fence so far, especially after our negative experience with 5 out of the 6 other companies we received quotes from. If you're looking for honesty, integrity, EXCELLENT customer service, quality and affordability, look no further than Elliot Fence.

We called a few companies but weren't completely happy with most of them; either the prices were too high or the salesmen saw us as dollar signs. Luckily, we ended up discovering Elliott Fence and we couldn't be happier with the results. The owner of the company, Eric, personally came to our property and provided a thorough explanation of the types of fences he provides, answered all of our questions, and gave his honest opinion on which type of fence would be best for us. We ended up going with a standard side by side fence with trim and staining, but my girlfriend and I couldn't be happier with the results! The new fence is not only beautiful, but provided some much-needed serenity and security for both us and our dogs. A few days after installing the new fence, we were inundated by a heavy storm that caused some minor issues with the new gate. Eric promptly had his team make some necessary adjustments to the gate and it's working better than ever! Thanks again Eric and team! We'll be recommending Elliott Fence to everyone we know, and we hope to do business with them again!
