I didn't believe that the property management would do anything to fix the problem, so I requested a quote from him to come out. He said that since he lives in the same area that I am going to be, he came out on a Sunday afternoon to show me what he can do and give me options. Obviously, since it's not my home, I elected the cheaper option but, it worked. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend him highly.
