I had my pit made in 2018 and it hasn't given me a single problem. I love it. The price was very fair and with all the extras and upgrades I wanted on the pit they even hooked me up with some things that were really nice that I hadn't planned on getting. Very nice people and very easy to do business with. The pit holds temperature great and I couldn't be happier with it. I've cooked family dinners, catered weddings, done pop ups and the pit has not let me down once. I just wanted to stop by and take a second to say how bad ars I think Justin is!! I have been working in the food and beverage industry now going on 30 years and have owned and operated my own catering company (http://foodperfected.com/) now for about 18. For the record I love to smoke and people are always requesting it from me so i knew i had to get a bigger rig if i was going to satisfy everyone, the catch is I work all the time and don't have a lot of down time or I would have been here sooner writing this 6 months ago! I digress, as i was saying, I am just so fired up over the rig Justin put together for me it serves every function i need it too! In truth, we had been talking about it off and on for a number of months whenever a film would wrap what have you and the main design changed a number of times over the course of that period but Justin hung in there and once we settled on the one for me (an offset smoker w/ revers flow, accompanied by an old school Santa Maria) his end result so surpassed my expectation I could cry now just talking about it! She is gorgeous and I had to name her "Rose" after my Grandmother or "the Beast" for short, if I could share a foto beleive you me I would but take my word for it, if you hire Justin you wont be sorry, his craftsmanship is top shelf and his attention to detail is so on point he even added mag wheels because they looked better aesthetically and conceptually speaking, oh and not to mention built the frame to perfectly fit in my garage, I could go on and on but I think you get the point!
