There was never a request to have money in an envelope. What are we dealing with here ? Hookers ? Cant call you because you are CLOSED today with nobody available to speak to. And no they were not a phone call away. Do not believe a word of their trying to save face after the fact.

Uneventful is the word I would use to describe a service they made look routine. After diagnosing my problem at the dealership I decided to relocate my truck to a 4WD specialty shop. Without hesitation, two days later I called and requested the same driver. Again, Randy's responded in a reasonable time and again easy on, easy off. As requested, Johnny was my driver! Again uneventful. This is exactly the service you would expect from a towing service caring for your pride & joy. Thank you Johnny, Thanks you Randy's Towing Service.
