Of course with a large order it's important to have a way to tell who's bottle is who's. We decided to have the last names of everyone engraved on the bottles, and Warrens Engraving was the first to pop up near me. So close in fact it was right around the corner from my home!! I saw nothing but good feedback, and so I decided to give them a shot. They had just purchased a laser engraver that can engraved bottles and it seemed like the perfect opportunity for them to try out their new toys! I brought an extra bottle just Incase there was a mistake but they never needed it. The communication was great, and I was returned the order of 17 bottles within three business days!! I was very pleased with the customer service, prices, and speed/accuracy/quality of the product. I will be returning with my future needs, and would highly recommend Warrens Engraving!

A consummate professional. It is a home in Forest Creek area so be aware of that, but he even wore a mask to answer the door when I arrived. It was before Christmas so he said not likely until after Christmas as he was fully booked. Surprise - someone cancelled and he under-promised and over-delivered!! I'll have to add photo later, it's a surprise but he did a wonderful job and it was priced better than any of the other folks I found that could do this job. Excellent customer service and I have my new place for engraving and it's close to home which is even better!!!

I wanted to have one placed at the high school he attended, but the school principal said no. I had no idea that I was speaking to the president & CEO of boulder designs at the show! What an amazing man! He offered to speak to the school and help to get the bench placed at the high school. Fast forward a few years and a new home.... I decided to have a bench made for my family! I received it yesterday and couldn't be happier. It took lots of back & forth emails to design it.... But it was MORE than worth the wait!!!
