Anyways, let me start by saying I live in Colorado and found a ring online but had problems ordering due to a specific size so I called the online customer service and it took me to this store. Kevin is the store manger and he was the one who helped me. Super professional and helpful and made everything run smoothly and kept all his promises with shipping and sizing and etc. He even sent me a video of him packaging up my ring!! Never seen service like this in my life or at least these days! Now fast forward to now and I live in Colorado and have my beautiful ring which he sent with a sizer bead in case my ring size I gave him was off. My ring is a little big so I currently have the sizer bead still on and need to get my ring fixed. Brought it to my local store and it was a complete nightmare and disaster, honestly I did not know what to do?! Called Kevin at this location and he is going above and beyond to fix my issue and to make me happy. He seriously made my day!! If you are in the market for some new jewelry I highly recommend you check this store out!! Crazy to think I don't live in Texas and I'm writing this review but I can tell you YOU won't regret it!! Regardless of purchasing a lifetime rhodium plating plan when my last wedding ring was purchased…read moreyears ago, when I picked my ring up tonight after sending it to be rhodium plated it was returned without the service. Apparently this happened previously and while they sent my ring back and chalked it up to confusion and miscommunication, it was still it rhodium plated. There was never any official notification from Zales to us the customer advising it was no longer available due to me purchasing my ring originally as yellow gold. When I purchased my ring, it was the only one left and yes was yellow gold, but the salesperson advised we could still purchase it, and would only need to purchase the lifetime rhodium plating for it so there would not be a problem. So, instead of waiting for a true white gold ring, we bought the yellow gold one along with the rhodium plating "lifetime" plan. For over 15 years, they honored the "lifetime" rhodium plating plan we purchased. However, this evening we were advised the "lifetime" rhodium plating no longer applied since it was originally purchased as yellow gold. We were NEVER offered anything even close to an apology or refund on the "lifetime" plan we had originally paid for. Instead, we left yhe store hearing the manager's cackles as we left. In regards to this store's manager who was on duty tonight, Sunday, 10/25/26, she was not the least bit apologetic, only said she wasn't the one who helped us when we dropped it off or would have told us. Yet the person who had helped us last Sunday night 10/18 was standing right there beside her and never said a word. I responded that if it was a corporate policy whoever helped us when we dropped it off 10/18 should have been aware and told us. She had no response, just cackled at the top of her lungs as we left. I'd recommend any jewelry store, even a damn pawn shop over this Zales. They're obviously very inconsistent in their training and at enforcing their changes/rules. Furthermore, based on their selection of employees in management positions, they choose those who are only there for a paycheck and could care less about their customers. I have 4 other pieces of white gold jewelry I purchased shortly after my wedding ring, all with the lifetime rhodium plating. Up until I've sent them maybe twice or three times since that purchase as they're not worn nearly as. often. But now, I'll be dropping those pieces off every month whether it's needed or not. Thank you for showing your true colors, Zales associate and manager who's response to a customes concern is the lack of empathyand laughingcackles (evening of 10/25/26). I rated my experience a 1 as zero wasn't not an option. If it had been, that would have been my true selection.
