She gave me a $20 gift card as a refund for the product and said their insurance company will reach out to me about getting my radio replaced once I sent in proof of damages and a quote to get it fixed! So the insurance company says there's nothing they can do except give me a $50 gift card. I have been shopping at BBW for years and I have a ton of their lotion and spray, I've always been told they are a great company & now I'm seeing that's only true if you spend money with them & not try to hold them accountable for their faulty products.
