I called to ask if I could ship it back and get a refund and I was told "we don't give refunds for damaged items." Seems a bit unreasonable when the shirt was obviously poor quality but definitely not priced that way. I'll admit the store is cute and has a lot of cute merchandise, but I wouldn't purchase another item.

This is a pro because all sizes are beautiful and larger sizes deserve representation. For me, this is a con because I won't find clothing to feel beautiful in and I had no idea before stepping in. Generally when shops carry inventory of exclusive sizes, they'll advertise this with bigger/smaller mannequins, or photos of models that represent their target audience.
