There have been multiples times that I've walked into this Old Navy and see the exact same clothes as I did many months prior. They never have any new items, and if they do they are never put out on display or they're stuffed behind older pieces of clothing. It sometimes feels like you can't breathe in this store let alone hunt for new arrivals. The value of this store suffers greatly because of this. The employees are quite literally the worst part of the entire experience. They honestly make the entire shopping experience so uncomfortable. Don't even bother asking for help because you will straight up get ignored. I've been a resident of Waco for over 25 years, and it makes me so sad to see this Old Navy fall to such mediocre and messy standards.
