For all my XS and S girls, they hardly carry our size. You'll have better luck here if you like how…read morelarger sizes fit, or are looking for jewelry and accessories. After sifting through various clothing throughout their dim lit store, they mainly carry L, XL and above. I saw two size M and one size S. There may have been more, but it was so dark I should have brought a flashlight. I asked one of the associates if they carry size S, she stated that they are 'having a hard time getting size S from the brands they get their clothing from'. Hmm. This is a pro because all sizes are beautiful and larger sizes deserve representation. For me, this is a con because I won't find clothing to feel beautiful in and I had no idea before stepping in. Generally when shops carry inventory of exclusive sizes, they'll advertise this with bigger/smaller mannequins, or photos of models that represent their target audience. If you're looking for dim lighting, jewelry and accessories, and/or larger sized clothing, stop by.

Cute clothes, reasonable prices, and a lovely atmosphere give me enough reason to drive from Fort Worth to Waco just to shop there. I have shopped here for years and have always been greeted with cheerfulness and offers to help without hovering. The staff always offers to start a dressing room for me when they see I have found something I might like. Courtney's also has good jewelry choices, adorable little girls' clothes, and darling home accessories. It will always be my first stop when I am looking for an outfit or gift!

Their…read moreselection is limited, with a mix of party dress to Comfort Colors T-shirts, with lots of dainty accessories mixed in. The girl at the counter was friendly, but wouldn't let us breathe when we first came in. She stood behind the counter the entire time and kept asking if we wanted a fitting room, needed her to hold anything at the counter, etc. What really earned them a 2 star review was the fact that quite a few of their clothing pieces had stains and marks on them, and some had the tags ripped off. If it had been one or two pieces, I would've said something to the statue behind the counter. But almost everything I looked at had at least one that had stains ranging from little specks to giant streaks. This really lowered the value of this boutique. There's lots of potential here. Great location, it's been there for a while. But every time I try to love this store, something just feels...off.

Seems a bit unreasonable when the shirt was obviously poor quality but definitely not priced that way. This season's clothes are kind of mehhh but that doesn't relate to the review of this actual store. I like stores that are bright, clean, and have open spaces and Loft really fits the bill here. It is a much bigger store than the one at The Domain in Austin and I think the layout makes it easy to shop. I can't give this location 5 stars, however. I have encountered poor service here twice, but that was months ago. Typically the staff is very helpful and kind! (ETA: Loft caters to college-aged women up through 50+)
