The sales associate was super nice and helpful! The clothing is trendy but appealed to both me and my 20 something daughters. The prices were reasonable. There was a great sale rack of clothing and jewelry! The dressing rooms were a good size and clean. There were several unique pieces of jewelry.

After sifting through various clothing throughout their dim lit store, they mainly carry L, XL and above. I saw two size M and one size S. There may have been more, but it was so dark I should have brought a flashlight. I asked one of the associates if they carry size S, she stated that they are 'having a hard time getting size S from the brands they get their clothing from'. Hmm. This is a pro because all sizes are beautiful and larger sizes deserve representation. For me, this is a con because I won't find clothing to feel beautiful in and I had no idea before stepping in. Generally when shops carry inventory of exclusive sizes, they'll advertise this with bigger/smaller mannequins, or photos of models that represent their target audience. If you're looking for dim lighting, jewelry and accessories, and/or larger sized clothing, stop by.

I have shopped here for years and have always been greeted with cheerfulness and offers to help without hovering. The staff always offers to start a dressing room for me when they see I have found something I might like. The girl at the counter was friendly, but wouldn't let us breathe when we first came in. She stood behind the counter the entire time and kept asking if we wanted a fitting room, needed her to hold anything at the counter, etc. What really earned them a 2 star review was the fact that quite a few of their clothing pieces had stains and marks on them, and some had the tags ripped off. If it had been one or two pieces, I would've said something to the statue behind the counter. But almost everything I looked at had at least one that had stains ranging from little specks to giant streaks. This really lowered the value of this boutique. There's lots of potential here. Great location, it's been there for a while. But every time I try to love this store, something just feels...off.

I can tell a lot of time has been put in to filling this store with the latest trends, classic pieces and items that will flatter women of all shapes and sizes. They even had the cutest selection of baby and children's clothing that made me wish my kids were young again. Sigh... My husband accompanied me so I know he appreciated the sales rack! I got a few items from there that were just as cute as the regular priced outfit I got. I didn't have a lot of time but there were several shelves that had wonderfully scented soaps, jewelry, candles and more. Next time I am in Waco, I will make a stop to get some Christmas gifts for friends and family...and maybe a couple more for myself too. Prices are fair, good sales, lots of in stock inventory, and so much variety to fit your personal style and fashion needs! However, the reason this location is receiving a 3 star review is because their customer service skills are lacking and the employees are not the most pleasant to be around. They aren't very helpful, there have been a few time where I've tried to ask a question and they are very avoidant. When you're checking out the cashiers are always very cold and do not engage at all. They almost seem annoyed with customers which is a very disappointing reaction to receive.
