This flagship store isn't extremely large and in fact it's definitely boutique-style. They have a great selection of clothing and accessories. The store is immaculate and well-appointed. We stopped in because my boyfriend needed new shorts (he LOVES their shorts) and I have to say service was fantastic. The employee on duty and I had a lengthy convo about jumpsuits and my love of them. We're huge fans of the provisions they put out and huge fans of the shop and its concept.

They can be very unhappy when helping which can be frustrating. If you have clothes you want to sell and get some quick cash you can bring your clothes here. Most times they will take the expensive things and only offer you a low price but it's great if you want to get rid of clothes you just don't want at all anymore. (I have sold my old clothes here multiple times and they have never offered me more than $30. Usually I bring in 20-30 items at a time and they rarely take much)

All this over $20 that they could have just giving me back.
