I try to shop here maybe once or twice a year, and it's about as basic as a boutique can be. Their…read moreselection is limited, with a mix of party dress to Comfort Colors T-shirts, with lots of dainty accessories mixed in. The girl at the counter was friendly, but wouldn't let us breathe when we first came in. She stood behind the counter the entire time and kept asking if we wanted a fitting room, needed her to hold anything at the counter, etc. What really earned them a 2 star review was the fact that quite a few of their clothing pieces had stains and marks on them, and some had the tags ripped off. If it had been one or two pieces, I would've said something to the statue behind the counter. But almost everything I looked at had at least one that had stains ranging from little specks to giant streaks. This really lowered the value of this boutique. There's lots of potential here. Great location, it's been there for a while. But every time I try to love this store, something just feels...off.

Boot Barn is known for their customer service, but this store is incredible. The selection of merchandise is amazing and their customer service is exceptional.
