And I'm so glad I was finally able to visit! Such a fun way to spend several hours. From the shops to the lawn games to the food trucks, this place has it all. Carefully curated - it's very Chip and Jo. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and welcoming. We stopped by here around 2:00pm on a Saturday in August and I thought it was going to be packed, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was busy, but I expected it to be busier. There is free parking a few blocks away, which is super nice. There are several shops, a bakery, and a coffee shop. There is something for everyone. We really loved our trip here and hope we can come back again.

It's unfortunate for my purchase that the price identified was not the price charged at the register. When I questioned the total instead of honoring the price identified, I was told "well it's only a $2 difference." It seemed too much of a hassle to refund the difference so I accepted the purchase and left. Just beware that the listed price may not be what you'll be charged.

Prices are fair, good sales, lots of in stock inventory, and so much variety to fit your personal style and fashion needs! However, the reason this location is receiving a 3 star review is because their customer service skills are lacking and the employees are not the most pleasant to be around. They aren't very helpful, there have been a few time where I've tried to ask a question and they are very avoidant. When you're checking out the cashiers are always very cold and do not engage at all. They almost seem annoyed with customers which is a very disappointing reaction to receive. Hopefully soon I can revise my review to give them more stars!
