They don't greet you when you walk in, and are very put off when you ask any questions. When I was checking out the girl pretty much just tossed the shoe box at me and continued talking to her friend. For such a nice store, the employees really bring the value of the store down. Quite disappointing. However, I'm happy with my new shoes, but won't be back to this particular location. I'd rather drive to the DSW in Cedar Park, or shop at an entirely different shoe store in Waco.

She jumped right on the challenge and had me try on three different pairs and met me in the dressing room with a few more styles that she found.
