There have been multiples times that I've walked into this Old Navy and see the exact same clothes as I did many months prior. They never have any new items, and if they do they are never put out on display or they're stuffed behind older pieces of clothing. It sometimes feels like you can't breathe in this store let alone hunt for new arrivals. The value of this store suffers greatly because of this. This is a pro because all sizes are beautiful and larger sizes deserve representation. For me, this is a con because I won't find clothing to feel beautiful in and I had no idea before stepping in. Generally when shops carry inventory of exclusive sizes, they'll advertise this with bigger/smaller mannequins, or photos of models that represent their target audience. I have shopped here for years and have always been greeted with cheerfulness and offers to help without hovering. The staff always offers to start a dressing room for me when they see I have found something I might like. Courtney's also has good jewelry choices, adorable little girls' clothes, and darling home accessories. It will always be my first stop when I am looking for an outfit or gift!
