This flagship store isn't extremely large and in fact it's definitely boutique-style. They have a great selection of clothing and accessories. The store is immaculate and well-appointed. We stopped in because my boyfriend needed new shorts (he LOVES their shorts) and I have to say service was fantastic. The employee on duty and I had a lengthy convo about jumpsuits and my love of them. We're huge fans of the provisions they put out and huge fans of the shop and its concept.

I took in women's dress pants, cotton slacks, capris. When I went in to pick up my items (approximately 50 items and all returned to me) I was told they do not accept formal wear. I stated there was no formal wear and questioned what were they considering formal wear. I finally was able to figure out they meant dress pants. I also inquired about why not my jeans and was told no colored jeans r capris.Why didn't they tell me this in the beginning when I made a special trip into the store to inquire before I took in items? All items were taken off the hangers from the dry cleaners and folded neatly but when I received them back they were all wadded up in my baskets. Most horrible experience I have ever encountered! I know lots of people in this community and a lot of surrounding communities and plan to tell everyone I know to NEVER, EVER do business with them!!! She was tall with dark blond-ish hair. The store is always messy, nobody helps me, acknowledges me or offers to get me a fitting room.
