Store had Dubai chocolates, and adorable crafted Christmas cards in stock, Plus a very nice Ulta Beauty department, and a busy Starbucks. Lots of Cashiers on duty, and self checkouts. Easy parking, and a person was staffed at the entrance to help guide customers. Picked up some cleaning supplies, and shopped for an iPad case though they had limited choices so this was instead purchased online. Overall a pleasant experience.

But, I want to make special mention of two things that I thought were great. First, many of the storage areas/cases in the frozen food section had lights that were dimmed and went on as you approached them. Nice conservation idea and one that I have not seen in the United States before. And, the young woman at the check out -- her name was Esme -- was absolutely lovely in terms of being welcoming, interested in making sure I had a good shopping experience, and being a good conversationalist. Nicely done Esme. Definitely made me wanted to visit the store again soon.

They are at the end of most aisles. I can't wait to go back!

Everything was neatly organized. The associates were straightening in the middle of the day on a Friday. I found what I was looking for which was a mini hair straightener, hairspray and headband. The line was long, but the service at the checkout was excellent. The Marshalls associate who rang me out, was very polite and efficient. I have no complaints. If you need anything "last minute" while you are in Waco, I would recommend this Marshalls!

This location was an exception to the organization and presentation I expected unfortunately. The clothing section in Juniors and in Women's were nice for shopping but several areas of the store were a mess. It was so unappealing. This Marshall's has management that is overwhelmed or simply doesn't care about this store. I still shopped for my blanket though.

The toilet paper dispenser was fully stocked, and I appreciated that the toilet had a hands-free flush. The inside of the toilet was clean as well--no stains or grime--which tells me the restrooms are cleaned and maintained regularly. The entire restroom smelled like it had just been sanitized with a bleach-based cleaner, which was reassuring. My only concern was with the paper towels. Instead of being in a dispenser, the rolls were sitting directly on the counter. That meant I had to handle the entire roll just to tear off a few sheets, which didn't feel very sanitary in an otherwise spotless restroom. Overall, this was one of the cleaner Walmart restrooms I've used. With a proper paper towel dispenser, it would have been an excellent experience.
