One of the best selling points and features of Piranha is that for every $20 spent, you get a $1 wooden coin back, so you get a 20:1 ratio of money back on all purchases. After Record Store Day last year, I pulled up after failing to grab a copy of the Blue Notes Alts n Ins record, and the owner gave me props for grabbing it because he personally thought it was one of the coolest releases in the collection. Since then, Docs has been or first choice for vinyl purchases of all levels. We are not collectors, really. I'm fine with a $7 Led Zeppelin disc with some magic marker on it as long as the vinyl plays well. We try to keep it $15 or under per record, though we've broken this rule a few times. At that level, there are always fun finds here at Docs. The selection is large in all genres. We found all three Stealer's Wheel records in a single trip. My rare 70s rock like Be-Bop Deluxe, Crack The sky, and Sweet comes through regularly at reasonable prices. And don't forget to check the new arrivals bin. Highly recommended!
