A cool spot to check out when in downtown Waco. It's a bunch of stand alone boutiques under one roof . All items are price marked then you go to the register like normal. There is a lot of cute stuff. I saw that you can buy a canned alcoholic drink and stroll through the store. The store has their own unique candle scent. That smells so inviting.

Cute little series of curated shops away from the Magnolia frenzy. Good variety of unique items. Important hint for the seniors among us, walk past the daunting staircase and you will find the more convenient elevator. Happy shopping!

Awesome collection of shops on the 2nd floor with plenty of merchandise for all ages to include a small amount of vintage items. It's beautifully laid out. Many interesting pieces. It was enjoyable to shop here on 3/3/25 with my daughter. Got a few things for back home.

This was a super cute place! Multiple mini shops inside one building. Greeters and register employees were friendly but some of the ladies walking around were not very friendly. Like most tourist spots and local shops -- prices are high. Lots of candles, spices, gadgets, trinkets, clothings, souvenirs and home decor and so much more. It's good to support these local businesses. We'd still come back to visit.

4.25 stars. This is one of attraction in Waco. This village shop located at the second floor of the plaza. Elevator is available for handicap. The village shop contains of multiple artists and vendor collectively in one location. You can spot good items display and cannot be found anywhere. The shop includes clothing, coffee shop, gift, home decorations, hat, and more. The shoes design also great. The visit will take 30 minutes. Parking is free on site at the lot in front of building.

We went on a quick overnight girls trip to Waco & stopped here for shopping. The stores are upstairs but the do have elevators so don't let that scare you. This place has some cute everyday overpriced stuff but it also has your oh wow look at that unique finds. Very clean & well organized. The line can get long but it usually moves along. Well worth the stop.

Love this place! Highly recommend to come here when visiting Waco. You will for sure spend 1 hour or more at this store. It has so many selections of gifts, clothes, kitchenware, souvenirs, and so much more. Be sure to walk through every aisle. I like this place because it's made of of several boutiques and small shops. I like how it gives opportunities for various vendors to showcase their work. There is also lots of Waco merche in case you are visiting and want something that has Waco in it (patches, stickers, sweaters, shirts, cups - you name it). TIP: The Spice Village store is located on the second floor. You will access the entrance from the parking lot (thru the double doors to the right of the sign that says "Trojan Cork & Keg) It was me and my husband's first time coming here and we made the mistake of walking around the whole building not knowing what door to go thru. Haha

As expected, the store is well laid out, decorated to perfection, flows nicely and outfitted with beautiful pieces of furniture, art and decor. We were able to get lots of ideas to take back home with us, and even scooped up a few candles as well. Prices are as expected, a bit high on certain things, but decently fair throughout. Service was stellar and friendly. The cashier was very kind, spending several minutes giving us the layout of Magnolia, the must-do's and a few recommendations in Waco. Overall, great part of the full Magnolia Market experience!

I've got an eclectic sense of style and can appreciate the offerings at this shop. The color palette of the store and its furnishings are neutral and timeless. When I'm in Waco and we have extra time, I like walking through and browsing for inspiration and to see what the latest items are out for sale. With that said, a lot of the things sold here and elsewhere on the property are extremely overpriced. You can get ideas here and buy similar elsewhere. But again, I don't think the idea of this compound is for the savvy shopper.

I felt that was a fair budget and not the lowest, but also far from the highest. We were so excited when we found they had a new catalog we could view for a set, and after explaining what we wanted the salesman said, "There is a new set I think y'all would love." Sure enough, we loved it. We ordered it right there and he called the company to verify everything was in order and they confirmed it. The salesman then told us next week their floor display of that set was coming in, and that we should come in to look at it in person just to confirm it's what we expected. We went in the next week and sure enough we still loved the set. I asked the same salesman what the timeframe was for our set, and he said, "3-4 weeks from the date of order (June 5th, 2017)." We left and awaited the call. July 4th week rolled around, and I thought it was odd I still had not heard anything so I called in July 5th to check the status. The lady who answered asked for my information and then said she would call back with an update. When she called back she notified us the building warehouse shuts down the whole week of July 4th, and that she was sorry we got caught in that delay. She assured me the furniture would arrive no later than July 15th. Well... July 15th came and went, and we never heard. So on July 18th I called in and got the same questions asked and assured I'd get a callback when they found out what was going on. This time I got a callback from the original salesman and he said, "I'm calling you to let you know the warehouse ran out of all those sets and is having to build more. In that process they are waiting on a couple pieces to finish the set." I immediately called back and asked what the new eta would be. He told me, "well the parts they said won't get to them until August 6th, and then they need to assemble the rest of your set. We are estimating August 25th for arrival." I obviously voiced my displeasure, and reviewed my paperwork to confirm I could return my order for a full refund of the $3,500 purchase price we made back on June 5th. When I asked about that the salesman replied snarkely, "You can return it but what are you going to do about furniture?" Really!?!? I told him my wife and I would piece together a set through another source. He had no further comment about that but asked if we would keep the order if he could bring in the pieces that are done. He said there were two nightstands and a dresser done, but the bed frame, vanity, and additional pieces were not. They offered to loan us a "basic metal base" for our bed until the rest came. I declined, and here I am today going in to cancel my order for a refund. I would never "borrow" from a furniture store first of all, and second why is it that nobody was checking on orders and keeping customers up to date with changes?! I had to fish every ounce of information out of them at every turn. I don't want a partial bedroom set, and I don't want DuBois hanging onto $3,500 cash when I receive nothing in return for over two months!! June 5-Aug 25 is 12 weeks!! This could have been avoided with basic customer service skills like tracking your customer orders, and keeping your customer up to date! To add icing on the cake the salesman notified me it happens to "10% or so of our orders and I'm sorry it happened to you." Really!? 1 in 10 or even possibly worse odds of this happening to your clients!? That's awful, and something you shouldn't admit! My advice? SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! Don't risk being the 1 in ten or worse that gets what we got! DuBois is making some sweet interest off of suckers waiting 12 weeks for furniture they paid for! First and last purchase... maybe try some customer service, or screen your wholesalers so you're not disappointing 10% or so of every client walking in your doors. Grade: 0. Not even worth a letter grade... this is like signing up for a class you never attended! Total and utter failure.

Their goal is to be self-sufficient in all ways - growing their own crops, making soap, building their own timber framed structures, etc. The cool thing I love about Homestead Heritage is it's focus on traditional craft. The products that this group makes are of very high quality and include fiber arts, ceramics, traditional blacksmithing, and my favorite - furniture making. The Homestead Heritage Woodworking shop turns out impressive furniture and have won awards for their work. It's not cheap (the entire place is not cheap - I guess it helps fund their commune) but the quality is amazing. Windsor chairs, pencil post bed frames, dining tables are beautifully made and not like the mass-produced (cough, craptastic) "Amish" furniture that is sold all over these days. The woodworking shop offers classes in furniture making, making timber framed structures, and other topics. I cannot in good conscience recommend Tri Supply to anyone for any reason. Our experience with them…read morewas an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and it's astounding to me that a company can function with this level of incompetence and carelessness. We purchased a $1,300 custom back door from Tri Supply because our home was brand new, and the builder had already used Tri Supply for the existing doors. They had all the specifications and exact measurements, so this should have been a simple transaction. We met with Catherine, who placed the order for us since we wanted to replace our full-length glass back door with one that could accommodate a dog door. The first door arrived a few weeks later. After taking apart our original door, removing all the hardware, and preparing to install the new one, we discovered it was a foot too short. A glaring but forgivable mistake. Catherine apologized, admitted the error, and assured us she would fix it. The incorrect door was picked up the next day, and we waited another week and a half for the replacement. When it arrived, it looked correct, so we once again went through the painstaking process of removing and reinstalling hardware on a nine-foot solid door--only to discover that this one was 3/16 of an inch too wide, making it impossible to fit. Handling and rehanging a massive, heavy door like that is no small task, and the level of frustration we felt cannot be overstated. I am a disabled veteran with back issues so this was a tall order, quite literally. We reached out to Catherine again, stayed polite and patient, and asked for someone to come measure the door properly. Instead, we were told to measure it ourselves, which we reluctantly did. Tri Supply then instructed us to leave the door on our front porch for pickup. It sat there for five days before they finally retrieved it, despite multiple calls from us. Another week and a half passed before the next door arrived. By this point, we were beyond exhausted with the ordeal. This door finally seemed to fit--but it was damaged. It had scratches, scrapes, scuffs, and even footprints on it, as if it had been dragged across concrete and treated with complete disregard. This was the final insult in a process defined by delays, negligence, and incompetence. While the door eventually fit, the entire experience was an infuriating lesson in how a company can fail its customers at every step. Tri Supply demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, accountability, and care for both their products and their customers. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, avoid this company at all costs. Only consider them if you have no other options and are prepared for weeks of frustration, repeated mistakes, and careless handling of your property.

On the service side, Mollie is the point person for them in Austin when it comes to doors. I had read poor reviews about her and unfortunately I can only concur. Would not do business there again.
