It's a really cute little shop. In the back portion of the store (kind of like the garage area ) in the back of the building. That is where the best deals are. I love a good sale! Today was the day for additional 25 percent off clearance. I picked up a lounge wear top and bottom for 75% off and candles for $12. My lounge wear was perfectly packed with no imperfections and the candles the same. I even scored a tshirt for $7 verses the $34 shirts at the Silo. This store is a great idea to move her clearance products and give fans with smaller budgets a good deal. Love this small well appointed store. The best gift I received free of charge was the kindness and smile of Cierra H. The cashier. She needs a raise, I'm sure she deals with difficult impatient customers all day, yet I saw her be consistently kind. Good job! Keep being great and beautiful Cierra!!! read more

This store is incredibly small and I don't think the prices are much different especially for things that are clearly damaged beyond repair. I did like how many clothing options they had. Lots of the clothes had holes but you could play that off because most clothes now days have tons of holes. They have an Alabama tea truck here too and if you shop at the silos before going there, you get a 10% discount which is awesome! The staff at this location was way nicer too, you didn't feel rushed though there wasn't really much to look at. I'd probably skip this place next time! read more

It is located a few miles away from their location downtown but this is where you should go to first because this is where the discounted items are. I had no idea this place existed and I've visited Waco several times in the past few years. I was able to find many items I hadn't seen at Magnolia since I am not local. I was able to buy some shirts at an amazing discount. I also found a metal sign that was sold out or discontinued that I've wanted for a while. I came here for the shear experience of the Magnolia franchise. It was actually a great place for close outs and discounts. They don't have nearly as much stuff as magnolia market but still a great place to shop. They had amazing deals and some merchandise that was on sale because it had a "small blemish" I had a great time here, only spend about 15-30 minutes there. The parking is in the church parking lot next door. It's a small place and very quaint I would recommend coming here if you are on the Chip and Joanna fan train and came to Waco specifically for the Magnolia craze. You get an extra discount at this shop if you have purchased something from magnolia market. There are no public bathrooms here. read more

My wife and I were really excited to go to the Little Shop. What we experienced was the worst customer service ever. We were given eye rolls for simple questions about the product and horrible attitudes when we arrived. The attitudes weren't subtle they were on full display for everyone to witness today. The staff was really nice and welcoming! I went here with my mom and we liked the discounts - the discounts made the originally pricey items more affordable and regularly priced. The items they had were some out of season stuff (a few oflast year's Christmas ornaments) and older products, such as shirts that are in different colors from the main store at the Silos. This site is Joanna Gaines' original Magnolia market. It's located on the west side of town on Bosque Boulevard, several miles from The Silos. Parking is available in the church lot next door. The market is small and seemed to have marked down, discontinued, or slightly damaged goods. If you look around, you might be able to find a Magnolia item you like at a lower price. We had been to the Silos a few days ago so we thought we would go to The Little Shop on Bosque. It is less expensive than the Silos but the selection is few. If it was me again I would buy at theSilos. The Silos has a huge selection. Things at the Little House ran 40 to 60% off that's enough however like I said the pickings are slim. It had mainly household items decor items. No clothing no jewelry. I will not be going back there just because of the selection . read more

Cute place! Didn't realize it was their first store, which is really cool especially when watching the first couple episodes again and seeing it on your tv. Very small but good selection. My group went to the silos earlier today and the Little Shop had a lot of the same stuff, with no visible damage, that were half priced or even 75% off. There were huge metal letters like what make up the Magnolia sign for sale. There was a little iced tea truck outside that offered sweet or unsweetened tea in big glass jars. Fun visit, found some good cheap stuff. read more

I was relatively disappointed with this store. I was expecting pretty much the same merchandise that is sold in the Magnolia store at the Silos, and I had even purchased something from Magnolia two years ago and I was hoping to find another one here, but they didn't have anything even close to it. My biggest issue with it was a lot of it was very damaged and it was all still very pricey, especially due to the overall condition of the items. I would not choose to come back. read more

I bought 30 vases at LSOB last week for my church. I paid $100 shipping to get them home. As I carefully began removing the stickers from the bottom of the vases my finger went through the bottom of three of the vases. The glass was paper thin in the very center of the bottoms and had been covered up - and strengthened- by the Magnolia price stickers. Several more of the vases have a similar problem and I have no doubt that the first time that they are washed they will break. LSOB is a final sale, shop and dent store. I knew that. But, I believe that it is unethical for a store to cover up the flaw, scratch or dent with a sticker. I would have had to ask the store clerk to remove all 30 stickers in order to determine which vases were flawed. It never occurred to me to do so. I called and spoke with a Magnolia representative. The bottom line was - you bought it - you own it. I had believed that Magnolia's ethical standard would be higher. read more
