When in Waco (or within driving distance), at minimum visit everything Magnolia. Magnolia Home included. We came in to browse and to get out of the intense heat that. is. Texas. Magnolia Home is just an amped-up version of the Magnolia Home line featured at Target with tourist prices. I MEAN CRAZY PRICES. My favorite parts of the store were the live plants. As a plant mom missing her own, these spoke to me. Several staff members walked the salesfloor, none of whom approached to ask if we needed help. I guess they could tell we were appalled by the prices. :) See what the hype is all about, but save your money.

Terrible customer service! I received a defective item, contacted customer service through email (the only option available) and was told I could return the item for replacement. I shipped the item back and received an email claiming I would receive a credit, once the item had been received. I reminded the CS rep, that I wanted a replacement, and forwarded the previous message from the representative. I was told that a replacement would be sent within a few days. I waited 17 days and emailed again to CS, who then informed me that they were out of stock. Had I known that the item was unavailable, I would have chosen a different option. This was a time sensitive wedding gift, chosen off of the recipient's registry. Customer Service Representatives are ALL offshore, and there is no accountability, consistency, or concern about customer satisfaction.

This store is so beautiful on the inside. Reminded me more of a museum than a home store though, I was almost too afraid to touch anything. I loved everything in there, but save up because to me, everything in there was incredibly expensive. Found some flatware I wanted, but man, things sell so fast in there, it's like vultures. Get here early too or you will have slim pickings. Staff is awesome though, the lady working today, can't remember her name but she was so great and helpful. They even put your name on a waitlist for things if you can't find it. 10/10 recommend coming here.

Definitely a certain look here. You will not find a lot of color or variety. If tan, gray, and expensive are your jam, this place is for you. Minimalism is definitely a factor as well. The store is very crowded with few people actually buying anything.

If the line is too long at magnolia market and you just want to be able to say you came, this is a good option! It's connected to the coffee shop and considerably less crowded. No wait to get in. It's mainly just large home furnishings (beds, couches, tables, etc.). They do have some small decorations too. The part I really liked was the live plants. All the accent plants inside are real and for purchase. They can even be delivered. Almost always furniture stores have fake plants, but not here! They are all labeled and potted. I love indoor plants so this was right down my ally.

This place is definitely a store to take a looksie. Didn't buy anything, but it was nice to stroll around, look at the color palettes, furniture, and home inspo. Put this on your list to visit to get the full Magnolia Market experience.

And the store for most friendly service goes to......this store! I spent at least an hour here, walking around the showroom to get ideas and admiring all the beautiful furniture and lighting. I struck up convos with at least four employees and all were super chatty and welcoming. One, Jonathan, even helped me pick out the right pillow combo and throw for my current living room couches. A couple others chatted with me about local food recommendations. I just had such a fun experience overall. Heads up that if you order furniture it'll be shipped to you (no onsite warehouse). Same for plants - they will be shipped at no cost. And their beautiful lamps you see in the showroom aren't yet available to purchase yet. Come here to be inspired! I was ready to move into any room in the showroom - so thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. I also ordered a copy of Joanna's book Homebody so I can continue my journey to be inspired after leaving this store.

Buyer Beware!!! I have never left a review before but was so disappointed, I had too! Long time customer very disappointed. Beware, not all items are returnable. My mother bought me two lamps and wasted over $600.00. She bought them for me as a gift and they were super large. Too large to even sit on my nightstands. I tried email and calling several times and was told I could not exchange them for smaller same style. Which I do not understand since return policy said they return for same or similar item. I was told lamps are not exchangeable and that it states that in fine print. I could not find that info but I also explained that my mother who is actually blind gave them to me. I'm sad to say she wasted her money and my Christmas/House warming gift! I really thought I would get help.

This is a beautiful store and the staff was super friendly. Everything is pricey though so if you are a bargain shopper, you may have sticker shock. I would describe it as a mix between Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn.

Not sure what the hype is to be honest. Best part, found a lovely candle scent and the redone chapel is beautiful.

Incredibly excited to incredibly disappointed. That sums up the experience with DuBois. My wife…read moreand I came in looking for a new bedroom set and a budget of $4,000. I felt that was a fair budget and not the lowest, but also far from the highest. We were so excited when we found they had a new catalog we could view for a set, and after explaining what we wanted the salesman said, "There is a new set I think y'all would love." Sure enough, we loved it. We ordered it right there and he called the company to verify everything was in order and they confirmed it. The salesman then told us next week their floor display of that set was coming in, and that we should come in to look at it in person just to confirm it's what we expected. We went in the next week and sure enough we still loved the set. I asked the same salesman what the timeframe was for our set, and he said, "3-4 weeks from the date of order (June 5th, 2017)." We left and awaited the call. July 4th week rolled around, and I thought it was odd I still had not heard anything so I called in July 5th to check the status. The lady who answered asked for my information and then said she would call back with an update. When she called back she notified us the building warehouse shuts down the whole week of July 4th, and that she was sorry we got caught in that delay. She assured me the furniture would arrive no later than July 15th. Well... July 15th came and went, and we never heard. So on July 18th I called in and got the same questions asked and assured I'd get a callback when they found out what was going on. This time I got a callback from the original salesman and he said, "I'm calling you to let you know the warehouse ran out of all those sets and is having to build more. In that process they are waiting on a couple pieces to finish the set." I immediately called back and asked what the new eta would be. He told me, "well the parts they said won't get to them until August 6th, and then they need to assemble the rest of your set. We are estimating August 25th for arrival." I obviously voiced my displeasure, and reviewed my paperwork to confirm I could return my order for a full refund of the $3,500 purchase price we made back on June 5th. When I asked about that the salesman replied snarkely, "You can return it but what are you going to do about furniture?" Really!?!? I told him my wife and I would piece together a set through another source. He had no further comment about that but asked if we would keep the order if he could bring in the pieces that are done. He said there were two nightstands and a dresser done, but the bed frame, vanity, and additional pieces were not. They offered to loan us a "basic metal base" for our bed until the rest came. I declined, and here I am today going in to cancel my order for a refund. I would never "borrow" from a furniture store first of all, and second why is it that nobody was checking on orders and keeping customers up to date with changes?! I had to fish every ounce of information out of them at every turn. I don't want a partial bedroom set, and I don't want DuBois hanging onto $3,500 cash when I receive nothing in return for over two months!! June 5-Aug 25 is 12 weeks!! This could have been avoided with basic customer service skills like tracking your customer orders, and keeping your customer up to date! To add icing on the cake the salesman notified me it happens to "10% or so of our orders and I'm sorry it happened to you." Really!? 1 in 10 or even possibly worse odds of this happening to your clients!? That's awful, and something you shouldn't admit! My advice? SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! Don't risk being the 1 in ten or worse that gets what we got! DuBois is making some sweet interest off of suckers waiting 12 weeks for furniture they paid for! First and last purchase... maybe try some customer service, or screen your wholesalers so you're not disappointing 10% or so of every client walking in your doors. Grade: 0. Not even worth a letter grade... this is like signing up for a class you never attended! Total and utter failure.

Their goal is to be self-sufficient in all ways - growing their own crops, making soap, building their own timber framed structures, etc. The cool thing I love about Homestead Heritage is it's focus on traditional craft. The products that this group makes are of very high quality and include fiber arts, ceramics, traditional blacksmithing, and my favorite - furniture making. The Homestead Heritage Woodworking shop turns out impressive furniture and have won awards for their work. It's not cheap (the entire place is not cheap - I guess it helps fund their commune) but the quality is amazing. Windsor chairs, pencil post bed frames, dining tables are beautifully made and not like the mass-produced (cough, craptastic) "Amish" furniture that is sold all over these days. The woodworking shop offers classes in furniture making, making timber framed structures, and other topics. If you're not interested in buying anything, it's worth a look around (there's also a deli). It's a good place to take a break on the otherwise boring drive from Austin to Dallas on I-35. Four stars (would be five stars if the prices were a bit less).

He was extremely helpful and we ended up purchasing a back door from him. Vance also took the time to discuss the process Tri-Supply uses to produce/order doors. Because they do construction in-house, it makes getting your a door a month shorter than if you purchase through Lowe's. We do plan to use Tri-Supply if we purchase a front door as well.

I cannot in good conscience recommend Tri Supply to anyone for any reason. Our experience with them…read morewas an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and it's astounding to me that a company can function with this level of incompetence and carelessness. We purchased a $1,300 custom back door from Tri Supply because our home was brand new, and the builder had already used Tri Supply for the existing doors. They had all the specifications and exact measurements, so this should have been a simple transaction. We met with Catherine, who placed the order for us since we wanted to replace our full-length glass back door with one that could accommodate a dog door. The first door arrived a few weeks later. After taking apart our original door, removing all the hardware, and preparing to install the new one, we discovered it was a foot too short. A glaring but forgivable mistake. Catherine apologized, admitted the error, and assured us she would fix it. The incorrect door was picked up the next day, and we waited another week and a half for the replacement. When it arrived, it looked correct, so we once again went through the painstaking process of removing and reinstalling hardware on a nine-foot solid door--only to discover that this one was 3/16 of an inch too wide, making it impossible to fit. Handling and rehanging a massive, heavy door like that is no small task, and the level of frustration we felt cannot be overstated. I am a disabled veteran with back issues so this was a tall order, quite literally. We reached out to Catherine again, stayed polite and patient, and asked for someone to come measure the door properly. Instead, we were told to measure it ourselves, which we reluctantly did. Tri Supply then instructed us to leave the door on our front porch for pickup. It sat there for five days before they finally retrieved it, despite multiple calls from us. Another week and a half passed before the next door arrived. By this point, we were beyond exhausted with the ordeal. This door finally seemed to fit--but it was damaged. It had scratches, scrapes, scuffs, and even footprints on it, as if it had been dragged across concrete and treated with complete disregard. This was the final insult in a process defined by delays, negligence, and incompetence. While the door eventually fit, the entire experience was an infuriating lesson in how a company can fail its customers at every step. Tri Supply demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, accountability, and care for both their products and their customers. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, avoid this company at all costs. Only consider them if you have no other options and are prepared for weeks of frustration, repeated mistakes, and careless handling of your property.
