Think about this: Who offers such a service/an option - to provide such an unusual service, providing a piece of paper/document which only serves to inform as to whether your device is fully paid for, under contract/on a payment plan, etc... I just don't think/can't imagine why or how the service provider would justify complying with a customer request for such an item, which could mean that the customer may cancel the service which was meant for that cell phone/device...

It's a pawn shop. I pawned something then they called claiming that I gave them the wrong password…read morefor the computer, so I went back to the shop and they seemed to be confused at first about why I was there, finally they just asked me to write down the password again and they'd call me if there were any problems. I haven't heard back from them. I doubt there was ever an issue in the first place! Before I pawned that computer they told me that I was ineligible to pawn anything like computers because they claimed that I pawned a computer previously and the password I provided was incorrect. I know for a fact that it wasn't wrong. It was difficult and long but it wasn't wrong! No on ever contacted me about it. Frustrating...

Today, (1/23/22) I get a phone call from Eric stating that they never charged my credit card and I need to come back in for them to take a payment. Mind you that round trip it is 2 hours for me. I explained that to him. He stated that he would call the credit card company to see if they would be able to take payment over the phone. He wasn't sure if they were open today so he didn't know if he would be able to call me back today. After checking my online banking I realized they hadn't charged me. I told him my husband would go over today and make this payment. But were they going to make right? It was a real inconvenience for us. He said he was sorry but basically they had already ran their paperwork last night so no. But the guy that was supposed to have run my card had only been there 2 days. He didn't know why this person was left by themselves. I told him this was the first time we had shopped with them and it would be the last.
