It's got all the makings of an incompetent business. Poor management starting at the top? Check. Very little care for customers? Check. Inefficiency that leads to poor products and excessive delivery time? Check. Check. This place truly sucks. Over the course of my order I called the business approximately 5 times for every answered call. The order also took forever. Other companies in town have gotten similar orders done in half the time. Management literally laughed at me when I gave them a ten day lead time! Is that the way to treat a customer? Absolutely not, I'm used to a country where the customer gets what they want. Their prices are also high for what you get. Stay away at all costs, there are many other small businesses that have better service, better quality, and better prices. We figured out we could make a sign to commemorate our years together and it was just the best time after that. There are so many options of what to make and the guidance Rhonda provided was outstanding.
