It's got all the makings of an incompetent business. Poor management starting at the top? Check. Very little care for customers? Check. Inefficiency that leads to poor products and excessive delivery time? Check. Check. This place truly sucks. Over the course of my order I called the business approximately 5 times for every answered call. The order also took forever. Other companies in town have gotten similar orders done in half the time. Management literally laughed at me when I gave them a ten day lead time! Is that the way to treat a customer? Absolutely not, I'm used to a country where the customer gets what they want. Their prices are also high for what you get. Stay away at all costs, there are many other small businesses that have better service, better quality, and better prices. Bear cotton, hole in the roof, and screentex are some of the good ones in town. W Promotions, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

Then this is the place. There are exhibits and working shops of different tradespeople and their crafts, i.e., quilting, woodworking, leather, soap, cheese, etc. We came on a Saturday when they have an open market at the "Barn" (a big barn where all share their crafts and finished work for sale). It was a delightful experience. All provide friendly service and attention to detail. There is no cost to visit, but you may find their wares pricey. But you need to know that everything is handmade by experts in their craft. Their Homestead Heritage Cafe serves great coffee and is a delightful place to spend some time sipping a cup of coffee or tea. The Homestead Heritage Restaurant is worth the visit (make a reservation though as it fills up).
