Piss poor company. This is the only way to describe W Promotions. This establishment is a perfect candidate for the CNBC show with Marcus Lemonis. It's got all the makings of an incompetent business. Poor management starting at the top? Check. Very little care for customers? Check. Inefficiency that leads to poor products and excessive delivery time? Check. Check. This place truly sucks. Over the course of my order I called the business approximately 5 times for every answered call. The order also took forever. Other companies in town have gotten similar orders done in half the time. Management literally laughed at me when I gave them a ten day lead time! Is that the way to treat a customer? Absolutely not, I'm used to a country where the customer gets what they want. Their prices are also high for what you get. Stay away at all costs, there are many other small businesses that have better service, better quality, and better prices. My church had some shirts done for a conference and they loved them. It had a really soft feeling print with a great custom design. Everything went smoothly. They had our shirts done on time and helped me with any question I had through the process. read more

I recently had to rush some unit T-shirts and was need of a business that was willing to work with me in a pinch. W promotions staff was awesome, I worked with Kendra and Alyssa for some decals and T-shirts these to were extremely helpful. I will be back to W promotions for many more orders. Used this company to get uniforms like unit existing. Never once was the order correct or done in a timely manner.

W Promotions is definitely my "go to" when it comes to t-shirts and promotional products. They always take care of me, are on time, professional, and I always get high quality products at a great price. Their staff members are awesome - so courteous and customer service oriented. I find the two negative reviews extremely hard to believe. If I had to guess, I would think they were probably deceptively written by a competitor. Incredible company! They made for one of our events this past year called Run the Ramps. We had worked with another t-shirt company earlier this year and they had delayed our delivery by over 3 months and simply didn't make over 50 shirts. W Promotions was the exact opposite. They had great customer service, kept us up to date one their progress along the way, and delivered out shirts right on time. We were so glad that we went to them when we had our shirts made for this event. They were a great material and our design came out perfectly. Not worth your time. I've used them on several occasions. They are consistently late on orders by 2 or 3 weeks. Today was my last encounter. Ordered t-shirts and was told they would be done in 10 days. After 2 weeks and no word, I called. They said (without apology) that the shirts would be done the next day and that they would call me. No phone call. Now 3 weeks later I finally called and was told the t-shirts were now ready. When I politely said that every experience with them has been a little frustrating, they hung up on me.
