After speaking with Trey (Tray) around Wed/Thur Dec 20th, he assured us he would go measure and get back with a firm estimate. Almost a week passes including Christmas. I called him on Wed the 26th of Dec and asked what happened. He seemed very sorry and didn't' have any answers as to the delay, but PROMISED a detailed quote would be coming that afternoon on the 26th. They…read morerequire ALL payment up front for a decal on each side of his truck-even before a design has been agreed upon. Their first proof/design was as good as a kindergartner. We suggested changes and all of the sudden, they wanted to charge $250 more dollars. Now we are sketchy of them being greedy, so we ask about their refund policy. We are in the process of getting a refund (hopefully). Will update this review when the issue is resolved. So far, we are NOT impressed.
