He then showed me the pricing on the screen but I sensed his irritation at me questioning the pricing. An accurate quote would have given me the option to seek out another repair company of equal reputation before deciding whether to use the service and driving 45 minutes to the location. My name is Carol Dugat and Randy with RK TV Service picked up my elderly parents…read more(Marshall & Virginia Hyson) 60" flat screen TV in May 2016 with the understanding that if he could not repair it, they would only be charged $89 for the diagnostic/pick up fee. After a couple of weeks or so, he brought the TV back and was paid just under $500. The TV worked for maybe a few hours and went off again (which was the reason for the initial call). Randy picked the TV back up to work on it again and a year later he has not returned it nor has he offered a refund. And to make bad matters worse, he has not called nor will he return the numerous calls I have made to him. I would not recommend doing business with RK TV Service!
