I would give this guy the worst possible review ever. Because he did not provide correct information when we were deciding where to purchase our RV shelter. He told us they may even be able to start the install within two days that was on a Thursday. The work order was given to the company that was actually going to do the install on Friday. They didn't start ordering the materials until Monday or Tuesday, so how in the world were we supposed to have an install that started within two days. after ordering the materials, it still took two days for their delivery. He also let us to believe that it would be constructed like the one that was on his lot. He said yes, just like that one only not quite as tall. The one on the lot that was installed had double legs for supports it look like it could go through a hurricane, although where I live in Texas we don't expect hurricanes but occasionally do get tornadoes so we ended up paying $1000 more thanking that we were getting a quick install, and dual post legs. What they constructed was single legs, although I cannot give fall to the construction guys, they were absolutely the best, and did quality work, the problem that I had was that we were not given correct information when making the purchase decision we went with this dealer because of what he told us. And that cost us $1000 dollars extra. I am a businesswoman, and when I tell someone something I have to back it up my recommendation to you which should be very very careful and make sure that everything that they are telling you out loud is included in the contract that they give you, no smoke and mirrors.
