My son's wrecked car was towed to Woody's tow yard after his accident awaiting further instruction from the insurance adjuster. Our insurance adjuster was being downright ridiculous. We wanted the car to go to a shop right there in Waco for repairs, but the adjuster insisted that THEIR tow company had to pick it up & take it to Waxahachie for the adjuster to look at it. After all of this happened & the car was delivered by the insurance company's tow truck to the shop, where it was bounced off of the flatbed truck because the driver couldn't get it started, it was discovered that the windows had been left down in one of Texas's famous spring storms. The inside of the car was completely flooded. Of course our insurance denied any wrong doing and placed the burden of proof on us to prove that neither my son nor Woody's were responsible for the windows being down. Enter the owner of Woody's, Justin. Justin took the time to sift through security camera footage and prove the windows were did indeed up when the car left their yard with the other tow truck. He was able to send me video clips of this proof. This was not Justin's problem. He didn't have to use his valuable time to help us. We weren't going to come after his business for damages as we knew good and well the windows were up when the car was in his possession. There was nothing for Woody's to gain or lose either way. Justin did what he did out of sheer kindness and the principle of the other businesses involved doing the right thing. I will never hesitate to use a business like Woody's that displays just plain good morals & values when doing business with them.

They get into your vehicle without authorization and drive it. This company is a total price scam and completely unprofessional in every way. My company has never put anyone behind the wheel without a CDL, and our trucks are never out of service; unfortunately, the driver couldn't communicate in English with the officer, and without justification, they called a tow truck. The tow truck couldn't handle the vehicle--I still don't get it; maybe their machinery lacks the power to move such high-end vehicles, haha--so they drove the car away without permission, creating a huge risk of an accident since they aren't authorized under my insurance policy to drive it. If an accident had occurred due to their irresponsible, unauthorized driving, it would have been a disaster. The vehicle was parked at a truck stop, not blocking traffic, and the paperwork was in order. How could they call a tow truck to take it to their yard when the poor tow truck couldn't even handle the vehicle? Just because this company wants to make money, they hooked my vehicle up without my permission and then charged me nearly $4,000 for three hours--haha, it's incredible how dirty they play. I asked for explanations, and they even charged me for the diesel they supposedly used--but that fuel came from *my* truck, man, haha. THERE ARE MANY BETTER, MORE PROFESSIONAL COMPANIES; don't go to this one--they are terrible.

They had us bring it back in, but wanted more money to then fix a different part. That is when my husband wanted to talk to the owner about why they fixed the other part in the first place and why they were charging so much more. Due to the owner's attitude and combativeness, we were reluctant to leave our car there any longer and just picked it up. I informed the service advisor, Jonathan, that I did not need a diagnosis and only wanted the specific service I originally requested. He then informed me that they could not get my car to crank and run. What!! My immediate response was to describe my vehicle to him to ensure he had the correct car, because my car runs and cranks every single time. I explained that I was confused and didn't understand the issue since I had just driven the vehicle to the dealership myself, and suggested they must have the wrong vehicle. I think Jonathan completely ignored my comment. But, you know how something can be so outlandish you have to ask yourself if its actually happening? Is this guy just ignoring me? Throughout my interactions with Jonathan, I clearly understood that he indeed ignores me/ does not respond. He responds to me when it suits him--specifically when he was quoting prices or when I was agreeing to pay for additional services... When I expressed my valid concern regarding how a vehicle that arrived in running condition was suddenly inoperable, he completely ignored me/did not answer, not one word. So now that I seen this, I had no desire to escalate the matter or argue; I am a busy person with a lot going on in my life. I simply wanted the requested service completed, to pay my bill and leave. Unprofessionalism: When I got into my car, there were loose car parts left on the seat and floor. The vehicle had not been reassembled. He ignored me yet again/did not answer, not one single word. I just walked out and had my vehicle towed away. Unacceptable Delays: A service that should have taken a single day took approximately two and a half months. I received absolutely no apology for the delays, the terrible communication, or the fact that I had to tow my own vehicle off your lot. This level of customer service is entirely unacceptable.
