Plus I'm having a new sound with the brakes that I'd like them to look at. Stan said Shane was on the phone with another customer. He took all of my contact info for Shane to call me back. He never did. UPDATE: Shane called when I was away from my phone and left voicemail. He apologized for taking so long to get back with me. He's only charging for the parts. I need to ask him to check out that brake sound too. All is better.

I just given them all my information for the receipt on the tire patch. The guy that helped me yesterday tells him that the guy he sent away earlier is coming back at 3:00. Then he tells me it's best to make an appointment and I told him that he told me to come back today between 1230 and 1:30. He just turned and kept helping the guy he was already helping. The first guys says he is sorry, they can get me in tomorrow. What the F are you making appointments for if you just take walk-ins and disregard the appointments? They were a huge waste of my time. I set out to search for a mechanic on Yelp and Anglie's List. Then I started calling them. When I talked with Fred, I knew I found the right repair shop. Fred and his team looked after her safety during her years in Waco. There was regular maintenance and some significant repairs, and Fred came through ever time. His estimates were accurate, the repairs were competently done, and I learned I to trust him and his judgement. I spoke with Fred several times over the years but I've never got to thank him personally. The truck made it home now after several thousand mile journeys and I have seen the evidence of Fred's good handy work.

And today, they're screw up cause me too wreck when my tire busted, thank God my kids were not in the car and i was not going that fast. Thats not it!
