This shop has definitely gone down hill. I recently went in staff is unprofessional, on their phones waited for 10min. For someone to walk over, while the bay had one car no one was working on, guy in all black kept staring at me that was unpleasant, another just leaned up on tires I mean come on man.This place has gotten more unprofessional and weird. They get 4 stars because they kept their word! Huge selection of wheels & tires, and they definitely cost a pretty penny. I'll say the few things I didn't care for & then give positive. 1. The time that it was supposed to take, took over an hour longer. 2. The tech working on my truck broke two of my wheel sensors. They were true to their word about taking care of any expenses bc of the sensors. I took it to A. Samuels and they replaced the sensors, was $250, and Texas Tire paid it. They did a great job on the leveling kit, the truck looks amazing. I think the tech needs more training on the wheel sensors so others don't have this issue. read more

I ordered tires for a Jeep Wrangler the sales guy told me to put down a payment so I put $100 because they had to order the 5th tire. Alejandro told me it would be in on Saturday he would call me never did I get a call so I called them no tire I had explained to him I needed them asap he said no problem so Monday came still no tire I had to go somewhere else to get tires and they told me I can't get my money back. I just spent over $3,500 purchasing wheels and tires from this place. Less than 1 week i went back by to let them know that the right passenger tire was still not holding air. This was noted as soon as they did the install and i was told to give it a few miles to adjust. Went by last week and all they did was air it up. on 4/5/2019 my tire pressure dropped to 45, we took to Discount tire so they could look at it and they said that the tire had a hole in the side wall. Called Texas Tire and they said they could not do anything. Discount had to get us another tire $295. Bottom line this outfit does not stand behind its products and it is apparent they could care less about keeping a 1.5 week old customer. Do not do business with outfits like this.......BBB on alert. read more

Having a flat tire on the way back from Austin on Xmas eve in Waco was a nightmare ! But thanks to the amazing people at Texas Tires of Waco we were able to get back on the road within an hour ! We called TTW and the sweet lady who owns it told us that all her repair men were leaving within 15 mins due to it being xmas eve...we found a great guy named Kendal from the tow truck company we had called who took off our tire and drove us straight to TTW where the owner quickly called one of her repairmen back and he dutifully repaired the tire within minutes ! We asked what we owed, and were told nothing..Talk about true xmas spirit and the kindness of strangers. Grateful to the amazing people at TTW who took such good care of us. Very disappointed in Texas Tires. Went to get my car changed over from air bags to shocks. I mentioned no less than 6 times to both man tech/mgr and Secretary lady that i wanted it about 2" higher in the back! Just something I like. They repeatedly said " NO PROBLEM, WE GOT YOU". Picked it up and its level! I complained but to no avail. He said something about it "settling". Besides them also taking 2 and a half days to fix it after saying it would take one whole day (dropped off Thursday, picked up Sunday) I am VERY disappointed and now have to pay $1100 and didnt get what I asked for. Had to pull into the autozone parking lot because my tire was completely flat, I went inside and the guy told me they were closed. However, he said they would go ahead and take a look at it anyways. After explaining my situation to him and the apartments I live in having a bad parking lot they fixed my tire for FREE! So not only did they stay open later to help me out but they patched my tire for free! They are literal life savers!! read more

Stopped to see if they had a specific size tire for our flat. Walked up to the shop where they were blasting rap music. The guy at the counter was sitting down in a chair, never even bothered to get up and was super unprofessional and rude. He wasn't doing anything so not to even get up and try to help your customer is awful service. At least have someone who wants to work and do their job there. You're in a service industry. I wish I could give them zero stars. Go 2 doors down to Rudy's One Stop Tire shop. Everyone there was friendly and helped us right away with what we needed!! read more

Went in 2 weeks ago to get a 6 inch lift n new tires. Went in a day before installation of lift let the guy knw I was gonna clean the truck thoroughly to help him out. So went in at 8 am drop truck off n picked it up later. So when picked it looked good never inspected you would think as much as I spent on everything I shouldn't have any issues . Took on highway crazy ass vibration. Check the air pressure, you can tell it was amateurs that did this with all the tires all different. So next day took it in to get rebalance the tires. N inspect the lift after it settle . After the balance was done on all tires which to say they were all out . They put everything back together n notice a scratch on my Fuel off road maverick wheels these wheels have always been taken care of . I get I guess who is the acting manager there explain what I noticed . He looked at it n then claim walk back in the showroom like nothing so they pull my truck up to the frt. I go inside and speak to Manager explain hey yur guy scratch my wheel and there goin Na it didn't happen here you did it when you left . Then he goes hey it's a truck wheels get scratch I'm like what if these were you wheels he goes go look at my wheels I'm like these are my wheels not yurs . Left these definitely unsatisfied with there customer service very unprofessional all they care bout is yur money and what they can get outta you . Also they can't balance tires if there lift depended on it had to take it to professionals to get that process done. Wife went in today to explain and see if they wanted to admit to her that they scratch the wheels there just flat out that basically you got what you paid for and good luck calling there corporate office there just as lost as the store is .
