I can vouch that they are very professional and honest. One time I came in expecting to replace a u joint or struts etc but they found out that it was a bolt slowly coming loose. They tightened the bolt and it was no charge. For value price and service they are super and I highly recommend. Everyone there has been very friendly and conscientious towards me.

Very disappointed in Texas star auto repair shop, I been going there for many years and had always…read morebeen happy with the work and the customer service, but I had my jeep tow there on the 4 of June and between them and car shield warranty as of yesterday my vehicle still doesn't work a engine and I had to have car shield warranty send a tow truck to retrieve my unfixed vehicle from Texas star auto repair shop, this is very unprofessional, I don't really understand what happened between the two Texas star auto repair shop and car shield warranty but I shouldn't be in the middle of it and now I have a vehicle that is not running and needs a engine, but at least car shield warranty told me they would recommend me to a car repair shop so I can get my vehicle fixed, again I'm very disappointed in Texas star auto repair shop because they have always taken great care of my vehicles and if me, I even recommend people to Texas star auto repair shop but not anymore, I rate them , they did try explaining what's going on but that's not helpful because my vehicle is still not working and I used them for several years and had a great relationship with the shop up until yesterday, that's why I'm writing the review and why I'm disappointed, I'm just happy car shield warranty is sending me to a repair shop they recommend, so I'm not going to Texas star auto repair shop anymore

My car was pulling towards the right so i went in for a front end diagnostic to see what was wrong…read moreand I was told I needed a front strut new tires and a front end Alignment for $1200 I agreed they kept the car for 2 full days on day 3 I was called and told the car was ready for pick up when I picked it up I noticed the car was then pulling to the left and felt like some parts were Loose under the car and also noticed some green gunk so I told them the problems they said to drop it off next week I did then I got a call the next day after I dropped it off that it was ready for pick up again I got in the car drove down the street and it felt as if it wasn't even touched I contacted them again and they suggested "you may have to get more parts" why would I need more parts if when I got a full diagnosis on the car you guys said I only needed a front strut, four new tires and an alignment? I felt as if I was definitely overcharged and would not recommend ANYONE to do business with this company!

The time that it was supposed to take, took over an hour longer. 2. The tech working on my truck broke two of my wheel sensors. They were true to their word about taking care of any expenses bc of the sensors. I took it to A. Samuels and they replaced the sensors, was $250, and Texas Tire paid it. They did a great job on the leveling kit, the truck looks amazing. I think the tech needs more training on the wheel sensors so others don't have this issue.
