The time that it was supposed to take, took over an hour longer. 2. The tech working on my truck broke two of my wheel sensors. They were true to their word about taking care of any expenses bc of the sensors. I took it to A. Samuels and they replaced the sensors, was $250, and Texas Tire paid it. They did a great job on the leveling kit, the truck looks amazing. I think the tech needs more training on the wheel sensors so others don't have this issue.

I had an appointment for 10:30, it was 11:30 before they even started. I was 10 minutes early, to give them time to get me in the system. My point is, what's the difference between making an appointment and just showing up?? We generally make appointments because we have things to do, and plans for the day. The appointment system here is broken, if you make an appointment here, don't make any other plans, you might still be here all day.
