    I went this morning to have what they call a Works package performed on my F150. This is to include an oil and filter change rotate the tires, check tires for wear brake linings for wear and top off all fluids. This does not include balancing of the tires. I asked, what are weI asked what it would cost to add that in, and was quoted the full price of tire, rotation, and re-balance where the rotation was already included in the works package. The guy asked who I assumed was his boss and the guy said he would do just the oil change in the rotation and balance, and the difference would be around five dollars. I asked about doing the inspection and fluid levels, and he said yes it will all be done. my last work package at the same place came to about $103. My truck takes almost 9 quarts of oil, work package on the includes up to five or six. The printer desk Mattia guard came to $90.25. When I went to pay it was $140 and some change. I asked and the guy, told me that's what it is, apparently, I misinterpreted what I was told. Then I noticed there were only 8 quarts of oil on the sheet, the guy left, went into the service bay and came back and rewrite it and it was six dollars more for a total of $146.37. I asked about the vehicle report card which they've always provided and he said now it will come by email. The last time I went I did not fill my windshield washer fluid, and when I noticed that it was down by half, when I got home today and looked there is 1 inch of fluid in my reservoir. I went on to their website a couple hours ago to leave a review and of course the chat window comes up so I told the lady I wanted to leave a review well she didn't know where to go and wanted to know if it was negative or positive.     This dealership is fantastic. The people, the building, everything. We worked with Tara and she helped us tremendously, even when the vehicle we were going to be trading in was hit hours after talking to them. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone!

    Today was my second time going to Bird Kultgen (BK). Their customer service, sales people, and finance team are absolutely amazing. I have always used Hudson "Huddy" Campbell. Amazing salesman who actually takes the time to run your numbers and get you the best deal. My second time working with him and he has been nothing short of amazing! Also... the finance woman Amanda Lesikar. What a joy! We were way past closing and she was still a delight. She didn't try to rush me off. She made sure before I left i had everything I wanted in my deal. Amazing team at BK! Thank you for my first Bronco almost a year ago and my new Honda Civic Sport today!

    This is what I got from service...then they didn't want to and responsibility...pretty disappointing since I've always been a factory guy.

I never would have considered buying a car from a little place on the side of the road but it turned out GREAT! I was shown a few cars that were too small but they said they had one being serviced and would be getting it back the next morning. That car turned out to be the one I purchased. I got a decent amount for my trade in and was on my way in about an hour. This NEVER happens, but I even got my plates the next day. Overall stress free and positive experience.

I got videos of the actual car and thought I saw a few blemishes on it so asked for it to be washed and ensure there was nothing notable to see on the car since we were coming all that way and planned to take the car as long as it was up to snuff. On Saturday morning I texted Gates to let him know I was on my way and 10 minutes prior to opening a sales manager (Joseph) called and asked if we were still coming as another store wanted to sell it. Well, we arrive right as promised at 9 am sharp to look at a car that had scratches on almost EVERY PANEL. Well all of a sudden the car wash didn't work, he was double booked for his appointment even though we very well communicated that we were coming and then took his time to deal with it. We hung around for an hour and then called back and he hadn't gotten anyone working on the issue. It wasn't that it could be resolved immediately but it was the lack of follow up and eagerness to handle the issue when we wasted half our day to go get this car. Absolutely unacceptable service and I will be sending a complaint directly to autonation.

Instead of focusing on retaining customers through quality service, the culture here--starting from the top down with General Manager James Griner--seems to be about harassing people into buying another vehicle. To James Griner: If you spent half as much energy improving your service department as you do pressuring people into sales, you might actually keep your customers. People come back for the service, not the harassment. Speaking of service, the department here needs to seriously step up their game. I recently had my Mazda serviced at a dealership in the Dallas area, and the difference was night and day. Not only was the service itself amazing, but they also went out of their way to wash my car and left a personalized thank-you note on the steering wheel. It was a small gesture that showed they actually appreciated my business. I have never received that level of care or attention at University Mazda. It is clear that Waco customers are not valued the way they should be. If you want to know how a service department should actually treat people, take the drive to Dallas. It is worth it.
