I just given them all my information for the receipt on the tire patch. I go in today at 12:50 and a guy tells me that there is one ahead of me and one already on the rack, they can do it around 3:00. The guy that helped me yesterday tells him that the guy he sent away earlier is coming back at 3:00. Then he tells me it's best to make an appointment and I told him that he told me to come back today between 1230 and 1:30. He just turned and kept helping the guy he was already helping. The first guys says he is sorry, they can get me in tomorrow. What the F are you making appointments for if you just take walk-ins and disregard the appointments? They were a huge waste of my time. Not a place doing good business. Customer Service is a Dumpster Fire

My car was pulling towards the right so i went in for a front end diagnostic to see what was wrong…read moreand I was told I needed a front strut new tires and a front end Alignment for $1200 I agreed they kept the car for 2 full days on day 3 I was called and told the car was ready for pick up when I picked it up I noticed the car was then pulling to the left and felt like some parts were Loose under the car and also noticed some green gunk so I told them the problems they said to drop it off next week I did then I got a call the next day after I dropped it off that it was ready for pick up again I got in the car drove down the street and it felt as if it wasn't even touched I contacted them again and they suggested "you may have to get more parts" why would I need more parts if when I got a full diagnosis on the car you guys said I only needed a front strut, four new tires and an alignment? I felt as if I was definitely overcharged and would not recommend ANYONE to do business with this company!

However, I recently had a new AC condenser and compressor installed, over $2k for parts and labor. Two weeks later the AC started to fail again. I unfortantely moved during this time to a different state and was not able to take it back to the same shop, which I understand is a limitation on my part. Once I took it to a new shop they informed me that there was another leak in the condenser, potentially from improper installation the first time. Pretty frustrating to spend that much just to have the repair fail again and now paying another $900 for a new condenser. Wish there was more accountability with the first installation
