A few weeks ago we decided to purchase a new car because we had always had such great experiences with them. I did search and saw 5 star rating. We found something we liked, even though it had 2 thousand miles more than advertised online since the owners had been using it to drive back and forth to Austin, where they live. we went ahead and bought it. I noticed it did not have a tag to say when it needed the next oil change so called to find out if it had been changed since I knew it had been being used. She gave me the mileage of the last time it had been changed.....6,000 miles. I asked Tamera if they would have it changed if we bought it back in, since I had never in my life bought a car that needed an oil change! Her answer was no. From my understanding they bought the business around 2018, So all the good reviews before that is from PREVIOUS owners

Dishonest and Misleading Experience at Woodway Car Center (9900 Woodway Drive, Woodway, TX)…read more My son had a very disappointing experience with Woodway Car Center while trying to purchase a 2020 Toyota Supra. He spoke directly with the manager, Damon, who repeatedly described the car as being in "excellent" and "near-perfect" condition. My son lives in North Carolina and, based on those assurances and some selective video footage (but no close-up photos), he put down a $1,000 deposit on a Monday to hold the car. Before sending the deposit, he specifically asked if the vehicle had any paint flaws, rock chips, or dings. He was told there were none. Despite requesting close-up images, none were provided. He spent $800 flying to Texas to see the car in person and arrived Wednesday morning -- just two days later. What he found was not what was represented: the car had noticeable rock chips across the front, visible wires hanging out, and multiple trim pieces missing. None of this was disclosed beforehand, and none of it appeared in the images or videos shared. Because of the condition of the vehicle -- which was clearly not "near perfect" -- he declined to go through with the purchase. Damon then informed him that the $1,000 deposit would not be refunded because they had held the car "too long." Two days, for an out-of-state buyer, is not excessive by any fair standard. This experience cost my son $1,800 between the non-refundable deposit and travel, and it stemmed from what we believe was a clear misrepresentation of the vehicle's condition. We are sharing this in good faith based on a real experience so others -- especially those buying from out of state -- can make informed decisions. We were later threatened with legal action if this review wasn't removed. In our opinion, honest feedback shouldn't be silenced. Buy with caution. In our view, this dealership was not transparent, and the information provided ahead of time was misleading

This is a very belated review as my daughter graduated Baylor University last year!…read more It's difficult in many ways to send your daughter out of state to school, but it is especially difficult when you send her in an old truck with more than 200,000 miles (at the time). I set out to search for a mechanic on Yelp and Anglie's List. Then I started calling them. When I talked with Fred, I knew I found the right repair shop. Fred and his team looked after her safety during her years in Waco. There was regular maintenance and some significant repairs, and Fred came through ever time. His estimates were accurate, the repairs were competently done, and I learned I to trust him and his judgement. I spoke with Fred several times over the years but I've never got to thank him personally. The truck made it home now after several thousand mile journeys and I have seen the evidence of Fred's good handy work.

And today, they're screw up cause me too wreck when my tire busted, thank God my kids were not in the car and i was not going that fast. Thats not it! They left a bungee strap IN the engine of my car, that looks as if it is supporting the arm of my suspension. Never go here. We dropped out car off on June 18th and got it back June 19th. They rushed my vehicle and didnt do anything right just enough to get me by to try to get me past the 90 day warranty too keep my money when they didnt do jack shit but pretty much ruin my vehicle. Id recomend a monkey with a wrench before this shop. Obviously you got people who have no knowledge of vehicles working here. The suspension looks like Bugs Bunny did it. 0 out of 100. VERY DISSATISFIED. If you go here. Have an injury lawyer on hand. Already contacting lawyers, they put my whole families life at risk, and took off with my hard earned money. I will make sure this shop never works on another vehicle again.

If you want an honest, no-pressure dealership that treats you like a person and not a sale, this is the place. Last weekend, Deborah and I set out to find an SUV that fit our needs. From the moment we arrived, our sales representative, Beth Kwasnica, made the entire process effortless. She listened closely and guided us toward the right Ascent, never pushing us to rush or commit. That patience mattered. We even had the space to step back, reflect, and pray about the decision, and Beth respected every minute of it. What made it exceptional * Beth Kwasnica's genuine care. After decades of dealership visits, it's rare to meet someone who truly puts your interests first. Beth is, without question, the finest salesperson I have ever worked with. * A true no-pressure environment. There were no hard sells and no rush. Just clear guidance and real attention to what we wanted. * Mike Lusby's straightforward honesty. The manager, Mike Lusby, handled the management and finance side with the same integrity. No high-pressure tactics, no gimmicks, just clear and honest answers. * Promises kept. What stood out most was the absence of empty promises. Beth and Mike simply exceeded our expectations at every step. The trade-offs Honestly, we walked away without a single complaint. My only regret is that we didn't find Douglas Subaru sooner, after so many less pleasant experiences elsewhere over the years. Recommendation * Buy here if you want honest guidance, patience, and a team that respects your time and your decision. * Skip if you need high-pressure sales tactics, because you won't find them here. Deborah and I are truly grateful to Beth and Mike. We recommend Douglas Subaru without hesitation and will happily send friends and family their way.

I brought my vehicle to Douglass Nissan of Waco, Texas for a simple, same-day service. A day or two…read morelater, I received a call stating that a diagnostic test could be performed on my vehicle for a separate charge. I informed the service advisor, Jonathan, that I did not need a diagnosis and only wanted the specific service I originally requested. He then informed me that they could not get my car to crank and run. What!! My immediate response was to describe my vehicle to him to ensure he had the correct car, because my car runs and cranks every single time. I explained that I was confused and didn't understand the issue since I had just driven the vehicle to the dealership myself, and suggested they must have the wrong vehicle. I think Jonathan completely ignored my comment. But, you know how something can be so outlandish you have to ask yourself if its actually happening? Is this guy just ignoring me? Throughout my interactions with Jonathan, I clearly understood that he indeed ignores me/ does not respond. He responds to me when it suits him--specifically when he was quoting prices or when I was agreeing to pay for additional services... When I expressed my valid concern regarding how a vehicle that arrived in running condition was suddenly inoperable, he completely ignored me/did not answer, not one word. So now that I seen this, I had no desire to escalate the matter or argue; I am a busy person with a lot going on in my life. I simply wanted the requested service completed, to pay my bill and leave. I dont want any trouble. I choose Douglass Nissan of Waco, Texas to bring my vehicle. Why would Douglass Nissan of Waco, Texas then take a crap on me, a customer, who had enough confidence to entrust you with their vehicle? Ultimately, I ignored how I was treated, ignored the fact that my car didnt previously have a problem of running/cranking,"bit the bullet" and agreed to the additional diagnostic charge just to get all this completed. Oh, I guess this made Jonathan happy. He talked to me after my agreement to pay more. To summarize this ridiculous experience: Exorbitant Costs: I ended up paying double to triple the amount of the original quote. Even though I paid more than double the money I still left with and Inoperable Vehicle: A car that I drove onto your lot had to be towed away because it was no longer running. Unprofessionalism: When I got into my car, there were loose car parts left on the seat and floor. The vehicle had not been reassembled. They did not even have the decency to put the vehicle back together. When I asked Jonathan to have the technicians reassemble it, guess what. He ignored me yet again/did not answer, not one single word. I just walked out and had my vehicle towed away. Unacceptable Delays: A service that should have taken a single day took approximately two and a half months. I received absolutely no apology for the delays, the terrible communication, or the fact that I had to tow my own vehicle off your lot. This level of customer service is entirely unacceptable. I expect a prompt response regarding how this situation will be rectified, including a review of the charges I was forced to pay and Jonathan's conduct.
