Chicken & Waffles, Original Buttermilk Pancakes - (Full Stack), and 2 sides of hash browns
Rae Ann D.

Matt was great! Our food was fresh and hot. The coffee is delicious. Very fast service and great ambiance! Only one discount at a time, so if you want to use loyalty points and get you senior discount you have to choose. It was a Friday late morning and it was pretty busy, but we were in and out in 40 mins! The togo boxes they give you are crazy looking!

Have not been here in years but since we received a gift card we gave it another try. The food was just ok. I got the poblano spicy omelette ehhh. My wife ordered the strawberry crapes combo plate she said it was good. We had great server she on it and we tipped her well. Staff seemed very on it. IHOP was Clean and a little busy but too be expected. Ambiance is IHOP.

Spinach and mushroom omelette

Came in about 1.5 hours before closing and we were greeted, seated, and served by Emmanuel. Our food was served warm, and the flavors were delicious. I had the mushroom and spinach omelette, and hubby had the steak omelette, both of which came out with pancakes and so delicious. Compared to like Dennys or Norms, this food tasted much better. On top of the good food, Our server Emmanuel did a great job. Emmanuel was attentive, and was cheerful and smiling each time he came by to check on us. Wonderful food, nice ambiance, excellent customer service. We will be back.

Few times here now , each time the food is tasty, never ever complaints about the food, BUT the service is typically where they lag, 0 hostess , which effects the ppl that come in and check out , usually until a server is done with what they have going on , then they will attend to you. I've come here about 6 times with a friend and each time it's been the same front personal issue, 0 staffing in the front area, which is probably the most important area, "greet" "checkout " . Other then that everything is good.

My husband, I always come here. My husband always has the sampler breakfast and we like to have their protein pancakes with sausage.

My husband ordered the Cadillac Margarita and said it was delicious, and I had the Tommy Margarita, which I absolutely loved as well. Even though we didn't order food this time, everything coming out of the kitchen looked amazing and smelled so good. The restaurant itself is super cute with a great atmosphere. We're already looking forward to coming back to try the food. So far, definitely a 5-star experience great drinks, great vibe, and friendly service. We'll definitely be returning!

The service itself was great; our server was very sweet and apologized that they didn't have more options for us, offering a pasta dish and the mac and cheese. However, the restaurant's decision to fry virtually every vegetarian-friendly side in beef tallow made me feel extremely limited and unwelcome. No fries, tater tots, sweet potato fries, Brussels sprouts, or even the mozzarella sticks are actually vegetarian-safe because they're all cooked in beef fat--which is just wild for things like cheese sticks and veggies. Yes, they offer Impossible patties, but most people expect to pair a burger with potato sides, and that simply wasn't possible here. Your only real options are pasta, mac and cheese, or salads. I completely respect restaurants having their own cooking style, but it would've been nice to have at least a few genuinely vegetarian-friendly comfort sides available. Unfortunately, because of that, I wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend The Cut to vegetarians.

The newest hotspot for lunch and dinner in Rancho…read moreCucamonga. This place stays busy, the people really seem to enjoy it. For the most part it seems to be a place for an older crowd who wanna get away from the loud sports bars like yard house. I can agree with that sentiment. It is a nice reprieve from the otherwise packed areas of Victoria gardens as it is on the outskirts. The food is delicious and it prides itself on being low in calories. For how good it tastes you would expect a higher price, but that's another reason people like coming here. You don't feel overstuffed and you don't feel like someone robbed you for your wallet. Drinks are on point! The only gripe I have about this restaurant, is the old fashioned!!! They need to get a better cocktail glass for that drink and stop serving it with a bunch of ice. Just get the sphere or cube ice. Please! The staff are always friendly and accommodating!!! From the hosts, bartenders, and waiters/waitresses, they all do a great job at making you feel welcome! Big shoutout to Jasmine, Ashley, and Ron!!! They're great people who go above and beyond to make your visit better than the last. Come try em out for yourself!

5 Stars -- An Amazing Family Celebration After Nora's Baptism…read more We came to Richie's Diner in Rancho Cucamonga after a very special morning for our family, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the experience. Earlier that morning, our daughter Nora was baptized at Water of Life Church, which was a huge moment for her and for all of us as a family. Afterward, we wanted a place where we could sit down with friends and family, relax, enjoy a good meal, and continue celebrating the day. Richie's Diner ended up being the perfect choice. We had a group of 12, which is not always easy for a restaurant to handle, especially on a day when everyone is excited, hungry, talking, laughing, and trying to keep the kids settled. But Richie's handled it without any issue at all. From the moment we walked in, everything felt organized, welcoming, and comfortable. Nobody made us feel like our group was an inconvenience. That matters. A lot of restaurants can technically seat a bigger party, but not every restaurant actually makes that group feel wanted. Richie's did. The customer service was honestly the highlight of the visit, and Francisco deserves a huge shout-out. He was absolutely amazing with our table. He was attentive, friendly, patient, and had the kind of personality that makes a meal feel more personal. He did not just take orders and disappear. He actually engaged with us. What really stood out was how he took the time to talk WWE with the kids. That may sound like a small thing, but it meant a lot. The kids loved it. They lit up because he was not just treating them like kids sitting at the table; he was treating them like part of the experience. That kind of service cannot be faked. Francisco made the meal more fun and memorable for them, and as a parent, I really appreciate that. The manager, Jimmy Z, also deserves to be recognized. Jimmy always takes good care of us when we come in, and this visit was no different. He has that old-school hospitality that you do not see as much anymore. He pays attention, checks in, and makes you feel like your business actually matters. When he found out we were there celebrating Nora's baptism, he gave her a candy on the house, which was a very sweet gesture. Again, it may sound simple, but those are the moments people remember. Nora felt special, and that was the whole point of the day. Jimmy also gave us some cookies to take home, which was completely unnecessary but very much appreciated. It was thoughtful, generous, and just another example of why we keep coming back. The whole staff did a great job with our group. With 12 people, there are always extra requests, drink refills, kids needing something, people changing their minds, or food coming out at different times. But everything went smoothly. Our waiter took care of us without missing a beat. The food came out hot, the orders were right, and nobody at our table felt forgotten. That is not easy with a larger party, and it says a lot about how well the place is run. Now, the food was excellent too. I had the omelette, and it was perfect. A good omelette sounds simple, but anyone who eats breakfast out knows there is a big difference between an average omelette and one that is actually done right. This one was cooked properly, had great flavor, and hit exactly the way a classic diner breakfast should. It was hearty without being sloppy, and everything tasted fresh. The homemade jelly was another standout. That stuff is amazing. You can tell the difference immediately between basic packaged jelly and something that actually has character and flavor. It added a little something extra to the meal and made the breakfast feel more homemade and special. Those little details are part of what separates a place like Richie's from a generic breakfast spot. My wife ordered the ribeye steak, and it was grilled outside to perfection. The flavor was excellent, and the cook on it was exactly what you hope for when ordering a steak at a diner-style restaurant. It had that grilled flavor, good texture, and was clearly handled with care. Sometimes restaurants treat steak like an afterthought on a breakfast or diner menu, but that was not the case here. Her ribeye was legitimately impressive. Our friend ordered the filet mignon, and that was exceptional as well. It is not every day you go to a diner and hear someone at the table talking about how good the filet mignon is, but that was the case here. It was cooked well, flavorful, and definitely exceeded expectations. Between the omelette, the ribeye, the filet, and the sides, everyone at our table left happy. What I appreciate most about Richie's Diner is that it still feels like a real family restaurant. There is something very traditional and comforting about it. You walk in and it feels like a place where people know how to treat customers. The food is good, the portions are solid, the staff is kind, and management is present. That combination is hard to find.
