This was our first time at this location. I was looking forward to gluten free pancakes. BUT THEY WERE OUT OF GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES MIX!! Disappointed, we decided to stay and order omelets. The location has reopened since the lock down with plastic dividers and new rules. The rules are servers were gloves and masks, sale and pepper packets on request, ketchup and mustard packets. Our server was friendly and checked on us often. My only problem was my omelet was mostly RAW!! Look at my pictures and see the runny translucent egg!! I didn't want to send it back or complain since we were there celebrating my aunt's 76th birthday. My sister got an omelet and hers had raw and runny parts too!! This location has omelet issues. haven't been to IHOP in years so decided to try it again. Not so much! The good things are the staff and the cleanliness. The food was underwhelming. The coffee and hot chocolate were terrible at $4.29 each. We split what was suppose to be 5 stack of buttermilk pancakes and the center one was chocolate chip. The hashbrowns were underdone and we asked for crispy bacon which was cooked long enough but served swimming in grease, so NOT crispy! And this whole shared meal was a whopping $33.00. This is one of the better IHOP locations around the area. The service is consistently good, the store is always clean and kept up to date over the years, and the food quality is good. They are pretty efficient at seating customers, even on crowded Sunday mornings or holidays. Parking is not a problem since the video store next door shut down a year ago. They do participate in the breakfast specials, which are a reasonable deal for the amount of food and quality. However, the regular menu prices went up again this year and are now at par with higher-end breakfast places like Kick Back Jack near by, yet the food quality and portion size is not at par. read more

IHOP has reliable diner fare. The food is usually consistent and the prices are pretty affordable. The staff is always pleasant and efficient. I had the battered fish sticks (Crunchy and tasty white fish) with fries. No substitutions were offered for the fries. This, made me very unhappy. The fries were very good, but many, like myself do not choose to eat meals without a side of vegetables. I usually do not eat fries. (FYI fries are processed as sugar when digested. Folks that are watching their sugar intake would avoid. That's a sure fire way of getting gallstones and other degrading health issues. ) Cole slaw or a side salad is a MUST as an alternative to fries. My dinner mate had the pancakes and chicken strips combo. They liked them both, very much. Afternoon 3p-7p, has a value menu and I do believe you could feed 6 people for around $55. (Before beverages). That is quite a good price for these times. The updated design of the dining room is modern and very clean. Next time I come, I will post pics. I wish that IHOP served straight Waffles and the Harvest Nut & Grain pancakes need to be back on the menu. read more

He made great suggestions based on questions that I asked and brought food out quickly. He also made sure that we always had refills which was appreciated. The reason for 4 stars is management. IHOP astonishingly does not trust their customers! I ordered a family feast to go for my own family. I have never had a restaurant have me sign for my order on a driver pick up form. I am a customer, not a driver. You might treat your DoorDash and Uber eats and GrubHub drivers this way. But when you treat your customers this way, having your customer sign on a form and use a shared pen, this goes too far. This is absolutely inexcusable when the rest of the industry does not have paying customers sign for their own order when they pick it up. I promise you, people are not trying to steal pancakes. Silly IHOP. I will let as many people as I know be aware of this policy when an app customer picks up their own food. read more

When I picked up an "In-Store Pickup" order this morning, I was told I'd need to sign-out for my order on a log they have at the counter. I told the gentleman at the Pickup counter that I had just washed my hands and didn't want to touch their public use pen so I didn't wish to sign, the guy was fine with it and said he understood. I showed him the confirmation for my order on my phone, he then hands me my order. That should have been it yet as I'm about to leave a guy at the counter across from us (the register) decides to give his input with a comment of "Next time you refuse to sign, we aren't giving you your food!" I asked for his name and title. He says he's "the Manager" but refuses to give a name. He instead tells me to leave the order I had just picked up there and they'll refund me. I already had my food in hand, why would I leave it? Terrible customer service by a man who identifies as a Manger and refuses to give his name. Upon getting home, the Pancake of the month: Cinnamon Apple Pecan, which are topped with cinnamon apples, dulce de leche sauce, pecans & whipped topping, are missing two of the four topping which are essential to making it a "Flavor of the Month"...I didn't receive the dulce de leche sauce nor the whipped topping. Very disappointing. This IHOP location needs to rethink who they have in charge there. read more

Can I just say for a moment that I so much enjoy breakfast for dinner more than I enjoy breakfast for breakfast?! Had dinner at IHOP last weekend after a fun day at the fair. Went to breakfast today with my mom and the food wasn't so great her plate looks like they threw cheese on it and just let it sit and melt the hash browns tasted like they've been frozen for a month and did not sit well in my stomach the cashier lady was not very friendly and my waitress she was very nice but the cook needs to learn how to cook his food better and what comes with what plate. The Hostess was not very friendly or welcoming. Me and my family went to this IHOP this morning for a quick breakfast. The server took a very long time taking our order. We placed an order for drinks, two coffees and a milk for our toddler. After a few sips of the milk my toddler spit it out, so I checked it and it was spoiled. The general manager is super mean at this location. I came in to ihop on my birthday with my online birthday coupon. The general manager refused to accept my email coupon from my phone. She says it has to be printed out. I showed her that the coupon says nothing about it being printed out. She then tells me that it use to and she doesn't know why my coupon doesn't say It. But she still refused to take it. We argued for 5 mins on this when she rudely said "fine!!! I'll do it for you this once." Wow. Update! We were in the area and decided to eat at IHOP. The food was great, we both had breakfast. Blueberry pancakes with whipped cream! But the best part of eating here was our waiter, Carlos. I'm a picky coffee drinker and I asked him leave room in my cup in case it was too strong. He came back with the coffee, cream, and a full pot of hot water so I could dilute my coffee if I wanted too. No one has ever offered to bring me a pot of hot water along with my coffee before, I appreciated that. Not only that, Carlos was quick, efficient, and friendly. Went to dinner tonight with my mom, nephew and my daughter. First off Chad was excellent and very attentive! He's extremely funny with a good sense of humor! Thank you Chad! My daughter ordered the funny face pancake off the kids menu, and my nephew ordered the Silver 5 I believe it was called off the kids menu. The funny face pancake wasn't too funny, as the smoke was pretty much melted off the pancake. But my daughter could careless. Both kids are like champs, so I'm guessing the food was good. My mom ordered the double BLT I think. I forgot to ask her how it was. I'm on a diet sadly, and this is definitely NOT the place to go when your doing that. *sadface* I LOVE breakfast so it was so hard not to order an omelette or a crepe!!Everything looked so yummy including all of the exciting new holiday foods. But I stayed true to my diet and ordered the veggie and grilled chicken salad. It was fairly good, although I don't believe my chicken was real. Nor was it grilled. At least not anytime recently! Would I order it again? Probably not. I hope next time I've lost enough weight to order something super yummy. My waitress was wonderful she was a sweetheart the guy cooking in the back which I think he's the manager. My waitress changed my tomatoes instead of cut tomatoes for the little round red cherry tomatoes which are better and they're already charged on my bill but he added 99 cents more to each plate because of being the round cherry tomatoes they were the same price as the cut tomatoes I didn't say anything when I was there but it kind of made me mad cuz I heard the whole conversation.
