Came in about 1.5 hours before closing and we were greeted, seated, and served by Emmanuel. Our food was served warm, and the flavors were delicious. I had the mushroom and spinach omelette, and hubby had the steak omelette, both of which came out with pancakes and so delicious. Compared to like Dennys or Norms, this food tasted much better. On top of the good food, Our server Emmanuel did a great job. Emmanuel was attentive, and was cheerful and smiling each time he came by to check on us. Few times here now , each time the food is tasty, never ever complaints about the food, BUT the service is typically where they lag, 0 hostess , which effects the ppl that come in and check out , usually until a server is done with what they have going on , then they will attend to you. I've come here about 6 times with a friend and each time it's been the same front personal issue, 0 staffing in the front area, which is probably the most important area, "greet" "checkout " . My family and I have been coming here for over 10 years and have always had a great experience! However, ever since the new manager Juan came to this location, the service and hospitality has been exceptional! He is always in good spirits, he is very welcoming and professional and we love that he greets every table to ensure that every customer has a great experience! Went to IHOP yesterday late morning. Have never been to this location. The eggs were cold, the table we sat at was dirty and syrup was spattered on the wall of the table we sat at. The service was very slow, the server was nice. My husband and I won't be returning. Also the restroom was dirty and a dead cockroach in front of the toilet. read more

The service was exactly what I was hoping for, even though it was very busy. Our server was very attentive. She was extra helpful with the kids. The food was delicious. Not to mention, our food came out extremely fast after our order was placed. We felt very welcomed here, and honestly, I have not felt that from an IHOP for quite some time. So pleased with this IHOP and haven't had any issues in all the visits we make! The managers always seem to be on premise and are happy to help customers. One gentleman was willing to switch out a drink item for me free of charge which I appreciated. The food is fresh, the restaurant is clean and the staff is great. cockroach alert!! we've visited this IHOP at least once a year for at least the past 5 years and today i arrived with very hungry family for my mom's birthday breakfast & ordered our meals with two mugs of hot chocolate which seemed perfectly fine. however after stirring them and taking a few sips we noticed a small brown blob in the middle of the mug my grandmother was sipping out of, thinking it was just unmelted chocolate powder we stirred a few more times but when it refused to melt away we pushed the blob up the side of the mug and were horrified to see that it was a COCKROACH!!!! we were mortified especially because my grandmother and dad had taken sips out of the cocoa. we immediately notified the waitress who told the manager. they apologized however someone tried to make the excuse that the cockroach fell into the mug from the ceiling which was idiotic because we definitely would have noticed something dropping into the mug. we were very hungry and did have some hesitation about leaving but in the end had no choice but to walk out because we were too disgusted and could no longer trust the cleanliness of the kitchen. read more

My mom is super picky about her food and he always smiles and says no worries, I will take care of it for you. You can tell Carlos loves what he does and is hospitable to all. The manager Juan is also super sweet, always goes around the tables to make sure everyone is good. The food is always great and it's fast, unless they are super busy...it can take a little longer. We went for lunch today and our server was Carlos. The nicest person you could meet. Friendly and very helpful. We ordered the T bone steak with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli .I had the senior BLT with a salad. The food came out perfectly. My salad was huge with crisp lettuce, tomatoes, sliced purple onions and shredded cheese. The BLT had loads of bacon. Both dishes were tasty and cooked perfectly. The place was packed and the pancakes looked delicious that were served. I highly recommend you try this place out. The special were the omelets with endless pancakes. read more

My family wanted to do something small to celebrate the Fourth of July this year, so we decided to eat at IHOP for breakfast as a group. Although it was a Sunday around 11:00am, we were seated more quickly than we had anticipated; we normally experience at least a 30 minute wait at other locations. I'm not sure if it was that we had come at just the right time or that this location is not as busy as other locations or that the staff was just on their A-game, but I'd like to think it was the latter, as we received great customer service during our meal here. Not sure what her name is, but our server was so speedy and checked up on us frequently. When she overheard that our group of four was just going to split our two orders of the Create-Your-Own Pancake Combo (the post-pancake bloat is real), she took the initiative to split them for us onto four equally portioned plates. It was so nice of her to go out of her way to do that; I never experienced it at any other IHOP. The food is what you would expect. It's IHOP. read more

When I asked about the other items from my order the waitress seemed bothered and asked if I wanted to make another order although it was my initial order. Sad to say, I came here specifically for the Wonka menu. I was underwhelmed. My pancakes looked NOTHING like what was advertised. Do you see any purple sauce or glitter ? Yeah, me neither. When I asked about the glitter, the waiter dusted my pancakes with glitter & downplayed it, saying that it didn't taste like anything. I found a small dallop of sauce under the whipped cream.
