Went here for brunch with some friends. This place was packed on a Saturday morning. We ordered our drinks and food. I got a coffee and the chorizo breakfast, it was good and a standard portion. I loved how it was decorated inside, really gave it that brunch feel. Service was quick. Server was helpful with recommendations. Parking can be a bit challenging with this being a popular spot.

    Poached too long. Otherwise, good.

Cookie cutter breakfast menu, not that it is a problem. But the breakfast we had was not up to standards enough to make us return. What tempted me was the Eggs Benedict. It was beautiful to look at, but not as good as hoped. First of all, my dish was not hot. I wished the English muffin had been toasted sufficiently to crisp up those craggy parts. If it was toasted at all, I could not tell. The hollandaise sauce was rather bland, not bad, but missing a bright, lemony flavor. And probably a bigger expectation, the poached eggs were barely runny. What were good were the nice pieces of good tasting bacon and fresh spinach leaves. That saved me from being wholly disappointed. I chose their house potatoes to go with the Benedict, but these came out barely warm, and worse yet, old tasting. I ended up requesting they be replaced with hash browns, and those were great, a big improvement. Our other breakfast choice was a Blueberry Belgian waffle. It was unremarkable tasting and lacked crispness. Again, it was not particularly warm, the butter on top did not melt. I've had better. The server was very good considering they were pretty full that day. However, the food took much longer than it should have to arrive, which may have explained why nothing came out hot except for the crispy hash browns that replaced the disappointing house potatoes. One final note. How hard is it for a restaurant as long-staying as this one is, to serve a decent glass of water? It was undrinkable. I shudder to think what their coffee must taste like.

Have Haus is one of our favorites for family breakfast. The Brunch Board goes a long way. Amber took great care of us. If you're looking for a solid breakfast spot in Rancho, you found it.

We've been coming here for the past year, and it's always a treat. While the entire wait staff is wonderful, Justin, our server (who we remembered from a previous visit), was an absolute gem. He was incredibly friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. The food is consistently delicious, the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. We've never had a bad experience here. On this visit, before we even had to ask, Justin noticed my husband didn't have enough strawberry sauce for his Belgian waffle and brought him extra. That level of attention to detail really stood out. We love the atmosphere here, which is why this has become our regular spot for breakfast and brunch. Highly recommend!

I really, really, really our service at Haven Haus Café was absolutely amazing. Our waiter Joe was very attentive and brought such a positive attitude. We got the signature coffee flight and the salted caramel and dolce de Leche were phenomenal. The breakfast tacos were divine and the pickled onions were such a great touch. The Birria Benedict was delicious and when we got our eggs they were slightly overcooked and when it was brought to Joe's attention, he immediately took care of it and had it back out on our table within minutes. The service was fantastic 10 out of 10 will be coming again.

    It can get noisy!

PSA: if you or your child is noise sensitive, bring ear plugs or your loop. On top of the typical conversational din, music is played on the loud side. Not bad for normal but may be difficult for those who are sensitive. Our waitress was a sweetie. She offered to turn the music down a notch for us. She was also wonderfully attentive and offered great advice on the food. The space is fashionably decorated and very IG-worthy The food: they know how to plate their fare to make it all IG-worthy. We ordered their breakfast platter and wow, it's a lot of food. Was glad we had ordered it to share. Basically they took a food tray and filled it with full servings of waffles/pancakes/french toast and 6 each of sausages/bacon, bowl of fruit and scrambled eggs. Their signature coffee flight is highly recommended as well!! Super tasty but messy!! So bring your wet wipes!

Just went here for my birthday and it was AMAZING!! Ambiance: SOOOOO CUTESY AND AESTHETIC!! I loved the decor they had going on! The music was the perfect volume, not too loud but it wasn't dead silent in there, and the bathrooms were clean! Service: I wish I remembered the waitresses name but she was AMAZINGGGGGG. She was on it! She was also super friendly and fun to talk to! NEVERRR SAW THE BOTTOM OF MY MIMOSA GLASS BC SHE WAS SOO TENTATIVE. LOVED HER!! Food: No complaints about the food at all, everything was perfect. I even had nibbles of my friends food to try and it was delicious. We got bottomless mimosas for $28 and it was totally worth it! I loved how there was a variety of juices you could choose from the mimosa. I willll definitely be returning for another girls brunch!

Came in with my family and we all had different dishes. Everything was tasty for the most part and came out shortly after ordering. Waffle was too crispy I would say. The English muffin on my classy Benny was so crispy and borderline burnt. Service was mid but it didn't really take away from the experience. Didn't have any drinks besides the not so tasty tap water. Good vibes for the restaurant not too loud or crazy.

I want to start by saying our server Dre was absolutely amazing. One of the best servers I've ever had at any restaurant establishment. She was attentive, friendly, gave food recommendations, very helpful, and was efficient. You can tell she loves her job and enjoys doing what she does. Onto the food, it was just as great. I got the chilaquiles verdes and they were delicious, not soggy and flavorful. Others in my party got the breakfast enchiladas verdes, chilaquiles rojos, and the garden benny; they said all were delicious. All our drinks were amazing as well. The environment is absolutely nice and the music was bumpin lol. Our table was nice and clean, as well as the place always looks so nice. Again, great dining experience, SHOUTOUT DRE, best server!

Coffee flight- pretty but not good

A friend told me about this place. So as I was looking for a brunch spot we decided to come here. Its an ok size place, I love the decor and the music and atmosphere here. They dont try to pack a lot of seating into here like other places (Madre, im looking at you). So it feels spacious and nice. Our waitress was super nice. Very knowledgeable about the menu. Checked on us frequently. And was just bubbly and friendly without being forced or exhausting. They have quite an extensive menu. Breakfast and lunch all day. They even have several types of coffee flights and coffee drinks. I ordered their birria tacos, bone in chicken wings and signature coffee flight. Food comes out quickly. But the quality and taste was just OK. The birria in the taco was all clumped together. It was quite odd, and a little off-putting. Having to bite thru that hunk of shredded meat. It was on the oiler side of things. The consume felt too thin. They served it on a wooden cutting board type plate. Which is nice and all, until the juices starts dripping off the side of the board because its all flat.... the chicken wings were really tiny. Like as though from a baby chicken. Flavors were good. Nice and sticky sauce to it. The flight of ice coffee was not good. It felt watered down and diluted without being cold. After the ice melted it was even more watered down. It was just sweet on sweet. Presentation looked beautiful but that was about it. I rather have cold black coffee from home then drink those again. What really saved this review was the fact that we were able to sit and talk for some time. And our waitress was super nice and attentive. I think I'll order something else when I come back. And definitely no coffee flight for me.

Chilaquiles verdes with soft scrambled eggs
    Pearl H.

Chilaquiles verdes with soft scrambled eggs were a 10/10. The green sauce was mild and flavorful (I asked for some extra on the side) and my soft scrambled eggs were done perfectly. Finding a brunch spot that knows how to cook soft scrambled eggs can be a hit and miss and how I rate a place has a lot to do with how they cook my eggs. Haven Haus nailed it. Their rice and beans were delicious together with the tangy touch of the onions. The service: 10/10, our server was McKenzie and not only was she friendly and knowledgeable, but, super efficient.

We arrived at a plaza where parking was a bit limited, so just a heads up, please plan accordingly. When we walked into Haven Haus Cafe, it was a little busy, but the wait was only about 10 minutes, which really wasn't bad at all. We ordered the Brunch Board, and honestly, it was huge and absolutely worth every penny. It felt like we really got our money's worth with this one. The pancakes were soft and fluffy, the waffle was perfectly crispy, and the French toast had the right texture (not soggy at all). Overall, it's definitely a bang for your buck kind of meal. Quick note for my fellow diabetics: they don't offer diet syrup, so you may want to bring your own. The ambiance was great music (90's, 2000s R&B) with light background chatter, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy brunch.

If you're looking for quality Italian food and excellent service, look no further; Brio Italian Grille in Rancho has you covered. We had our first visit to this establishment a few weeks ago and had a 5-star experience from the second we stepped inside to the moment we left. The staff from the hostess stand to our server were great. Service was friendly, patient, and attentive. The food was nothing short of amazing. As first time diners, we trusted many of our server's recommendations and she did not steer us wrong. Our order consisted of: - Shrimp & Eggplant appetizer - Margherita Neopolitan Pizza - Spicy Radiatori & Burrata Handmade Pasta - a side of the Gnocchi Formaggio - kids' Chicken Alfredo Everything was perfection. The sauce on the Shrimp & Eggplant appetizer was divine and probably the most memorable of the whole meal. We wanted to dip everything in it! The pizza was cooked great. The Spicy Radiatori & Burrata Pasta was a showstopper for my husband. The side dish of the Gnocchi Formaggio was the perfect portion for one person. The kids' Chicken Alfredo was also a generous (and delicious) portion for our toddler. My husband is extremely picky about Italian food and it exceeded any other place we have tried in the area. Although this was our first visit, it definitely will not be our last. There are so many other items we are excited to try from their menu, we cannot wait to return. If you're reading this and on the fence about checking this place out, take the chance and go. You won't regret it.

That little gesture made a huge difference and really kicked off the night on the right note. Our server, Lex, was amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and kept checking on us throughout the night, even with how busy it was. Excellent service like hers is one of the reasons we'll definitely be back. The DJ was absolutely FIRE! We went on 90s/2000s Night, and every song had people singing and dancing. The energy was nonstop, and it was the perfect soundtrack for a birthday celebration. The food and drinks were exactly what we wanted for a night out. We enjoyed Pineapple Express cocktails, Jack Daniels, Palomas, Mexican Candy shots, Green Tea shots (because... birthday! ), Lagunitas drafts, mozzarella sticks, chips with guac and salsa, and chili cheese fries. Everything came out fresh, and the drinks were great. One thing I thought was really cool was that they did raffle giveaways throughout the night. We actually won a karaoke machine, which was such a fun surprise and made the birthday celebration even more memorable! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the restrooms. Unfortunately, they were in pretty rough shape. There was toilet paper all over the floor, one toilet was broken, water was leaking from the ceiling, only one soap dispenser had soap, and the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. It was the only part of the night that didn't match the otherwise great experience. Overall, Punch Bowl Social is a fantastic spot for birthdays, celebrations, drinks, music, and a fun night out with friends. Great staff, an amazing DJ, fun surprises like raffles, and an atmosphere that keeps the party going. If management gives the restrooms some much-needed attention, this place would easily earn five stars from me. We'll definitely be back!

And I don't mean in the "it's so loud in here I can't hear myself think, so I'll raise my voice" kind of way. It was literally a man shouting in what could be described as angry tones. Now I didn't know what's going on or why it was happening, and I usually mind my own business. But on the other two occassions where I did nothing, the most recent time I was curious. I did a small pass-by towards the restroom and I saw this Asian man with glasses who I suppose is one of the chefs/cooks. There's got to be a better way to make that environment feel safe and less toxic and still serve the great dishes we had. If it was a one-off, I'd chalk it up to him being extra diligent about food quality, but to hear it on three separate times I've dined in (not all the time), and the tone he takes is disrespectful of your fellow employees and personally, if it was me being talked to that way, I would have brought it to my HR - no matter how good a cook he was. Just needed to let you know that this was happening in your location, if you weren't already aware. Or if you were, something should be done to make the environment better for employees and your patrons like me who have been unwittingly subjected to a tirade. Other than that and the usual wait time, I always enjoy eating here.
