This place is a vibe. My husband loves the bloody Mary's so much we had to ask where they get it from or if they bottle it themselves so we could take some back to CA with us! (We did end up ordering a box from the company they work with) however the place is super nice, busy, love the neighborhood as it's where I grew up. Plus the food is amazing. This was recommended to us by one of the locals and it did not disappoint! Hash Kitchen has the perfect brunch atmosphere. The music was a great mix of old and new school and our waitress was very cheerful and provided outstanding service. As far as the food goes we tried the shrimp and grits which included jumbo blackened shrimp with creamy home style grits. Another menu item that is a signature dish is Maso's potato tacos; the tacos were filled with a filling similar to mashed potato's and topped with a fried egg and green chili sauce. The portions are very generous so make sure you come hungry. read more

A group of us gathered for brunch Saturday morning. We were seated right away. I decided on the mimosa flight and added a fun glitter bomb. All of the flavors were amazing. I had the short rib Benedict and order of the bacon with gold flake. Overly expensive but fun experience to try! My husband had the French toast and breakfast burger. Everyone in our group had an awesome time. We had plenty of drinks to toast the groom (in town for a wedding). The decor, DJ and atmosphere provided a great time. Would come back. Highly recommend. read more

I ordered takeout from here for Father's Day after searching local breakfast spots. This place far exceeded our expectations. I had the Effin' Huge English Muffin and it's HUGE!!! Great flavor and extremely filling. Great to share. My boyfriend had the Hangover Filet Hash and enjoyed it. The only thing that left us a little disappointed were the pancakes, they were a bit dry. Okay. If you're looking for a brunch with a day club vibes, this is it! (Why can't we have this in LA?) They even had a live DJ who played pretty sweet selection of songs. Food: Carnitas hash: 5/5 (our server told us it was her top 2 choice with the banana split brioche French toast) Million dollar bacon: 6/5 (umm this was above and beyond delicious... highly recommend) Drinks: Build your own Bloody Mary: 5/5 (omg... the drink itself was good and all the garnish was amazing... go for the meat balls!) Blue berry mimosa with glitter bomb cotton candy: 5/5 (tasted and looked fabulous) Service: 5/5 (stellar. She was timely, friendly and insanely honest) Ambiance: Noise: inside is noisy. Patio not so much. No problem holding a conversation Decoré: cute and hip read more

Truly enjoyed coming to this place for brunch. The music & the art around the walls was remarkable. It stood out & created a fun vibe vibe that you can only hope for brunch with good friends. I heard that there's usually a long waiting list but I really got lucky today because I was informed that my wait time would be about 20min. They ended up calling me in after 15 minutes which helped out a lot because I was starving. Listening to the music being played inside by the DJ did keep me at ease & relaxed outside. There are benches right outside the front door to sit on which was clutch instead of having to stand up the entire time while waiting. I ordered the Chicken & Waffles and a couple of their Coco Coolers. Let's start with the Chicken & Waffles. It was very crispy & the onions smeared on top of it was even crispier. I didn't really like how it looked on the plate. I couldn't even tell they were fried onions at first because they looked liked some tiny fried fish. It didn't taste horrible but it was just too crispy for my liking & wasn't appealing to the eye. The waffle itself was great, I mean it's hard to mess that up. I could have had way more of those Coco Coolers because they were sooo good!! Strong, cold & tasty just how I like it. I will say this, however, that the only reason I didn't give this location a 5 star is because they literally ran out of everything by the time I got there. They didn't have anymore turkey, no hash anything, including alcohol. I mean I understand running out of ingredients for popular dishes but alcohol to make certain drinks was new to me. I still enjoyed my experience here despite what I mentioned & will certainly be coming back to visit whenever I'm in town. There are other items on the menu worth trying out for sure. read more

If you're looking for a place to get your party on, eat really good brunch food and maybe load up a giant bloody Mary - this is your spot! The party never ends here, there's a live DJ and bloody mary bar that's super well priced. Chicken fried steak was excellent. Staff was really cool too. But also, if you're looking for a brunch spot to chat it up, you shouldn't go here because it's very loud so you'll basically be yelling at your friends/fam. read more

This brunch spot is definitely an experience! Menu is one of the most unique I've come across however the food doesn't quite live up to the creativity. Eggs Benny were the favorite at our table. The highlight of this place is really the drinks. BYO Bloody Mary was incredible, tequila sunrise fishbowl delightful, and many others were very tempting. DJ was fun. Also super loud. Thanks to management making a previous bad experiences right, we had a lovely breakfast this am. Husband had the potato tacos with chicken tinga ( spicy! ) and I had the effin huge English muffin. I requested breakfast potatoes instead of steak fries that it normally comes with. They should really think about making this switch as a regular thing. At breakfast time most people don't want French fries, or at least make it an option. The English muffin is huge and delicious! Our server Amanda was outstanding and attentive. So thanks again for the great experience and one to come in the future!! read more

Hash Kitchen never disappoints!! This was my first time in the Arcadia location and the service was beyond compare. The manager Domenic greeted us at the door and was so pleasant and recognized us from the Chandler location that we frequent. Heard good things about this place. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience. The ambiance is amazing, music was a bit too loud for 9am and I understand I'm probably not the intended demographic. I also am not looking to load up on alcohol which was cool to see all the popping of bottles. Service: We sat for a while before a greeting. My partner's meal was wrong and they weren't at all rushed to get it back out. I almost finished my cold meal before her food returned. We had to ask for drink refills. We had to ask for a check to leave. No one picked up the check for processing (do you want to get paid?)!!! I ended up taking our check to the bar to get outta there! read more

NEVER EVER have I had a manager speak to me in the way this one did. We had a large party and went on Sunday to have brunch. The hostess said she would have to get the manager even after I told her we could split up anyway possible to have brunch there. There were 18 of us. She checked with her manager and said there was no way to serve us at any number. I asked if I could speak to the manager. Manager came out and said there was no way to seat us, even though I pointed out that we would be happy to do the same as others while the hostess continued to make a list of other parties 4, 2, 4, ect the entire time we spoke. I asked him what would be the difference.... He then was in my face so closely I could smell his breath and told me that he wasn't sure he liked my attitude and didn't think he wanted to serve us at all. It was like he was gas lamping me......(I have witnesses to the entire conversation who said I should not have even said another word at that point.) I then said I am not trying to give you attitude, I just have sent the location to the group, it was for my daughters birthday and we were really hoping to eat there. He finally said he would put me on the wait list and let me know when we could come back. 2.5 hours later he called me to say they would have a table soon. I let him know that we were done eating. We were seated all together at another Hash Kitchen who was happy to seat us pretty promptly even though there were as many waiting in that parking lot as his. I understand there is a lack of help these days, but Jeesh--wonder why??? read more

After an extremely early morning volunteer session, I was ridiculously starving and in need of a Bloody Mary. Additionally my friend who had just finished moving another friend were rudely hungry.... you know THAT kind of hunger!! So we decided on a safe bet-Hash Kitchen, where their not stingy with their portion sizes, not stingy with the alcohol pours. I had the chiliquilles- best idea ever!!!! As a matter of fact, I may have found my new chiliquilles spot!! So good I prayed over it twice! Now to the Bloody Mary.i got the original, they put bacon flavored vodka in it. No bueno... in my opinion. It's a great thought, but not a great reality. It's kinda like cheap flavored vodka. I'd rather have a regular Bloody Mary with Titos. Next time. My friend had one from the Bloody Mary bar. Delicious! If you go- which you should- absolutely try the hot mangos! They are unreal! Cool spot, cooler DJ ... treat yourself!!! read more

I cannot stand this restaurant. It is overrated and overrun with people every minute that it's open, filling a parking lot and causing near car wrecks every weekend day. The music is kept at such a high decibel level that people have to yell to hear each other. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the entire wait staff starts to lose their hearing after a month or two of working there. The menu is average, and each time I've been there it's been a painful experience because you can't even socialize due to the noise level. I'll do anything to keep from going there to meet friends. I would probably take McDonald's over this restaurant. read more

It is beautiful, spacious, and has two floors! The setting is clearly above your usual brunch spots and the booths offer a more intimate experience. My party and I were privileged to sit in direct view of the open kitchen. We got to see and hear the kitchen staff working together and communicating smoothly. We even heard the "hands" announcements like you see on The Bear TV show! I believe the food here was on par with the West Hollywood location, so points for consistency. Unfortunately, I have the same qualms for flavor for their dishes. I tried the short rib pot stickers, the tortilla soup, and the Bolognese pasta. I would say that the flavors were not especially strong for each dish. I think they each needed a pinch of extra seasoning to really make their flavors pop! Moreover, I tried my girlfriend's Rigatoni Alla Vodka and the cheese had no taste! Nevertheless, the dishes were beautiful. Lastly, I had a bit of an issue with our service. Our server passed by our table multiple times as we tried to flag her down to ask for the check. I think she could have been more attentive especially in the context of this higher-end brunch spot. With all of these factors combined, it's an overall 4/5 for me.

We ended up ordering the Crispy Chorizo & Potato tacos and the biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon to share. The tacos were good; they are filled with whipped potatoes and chorizo, but the biscuits and gravy were just basic biscuits and gravy. The scrambled eggs on both dishes were WAY overcooked and had zero flavor. I really love the aesthetic of this place. First of all it's tucked on the back corner of a strip mall. The dining room is kind of a great mixture that stuff it's very industrial working with lots of concrete with open duct work, but it also has a lovely tufted Bank at and crystal chandeliers. The perfect balance and I love it. You can see into the kitchen which I also like. Our server was delightful, and I loved the attentiveness, like making sure to move the curtains when the light was hitting in an odd way. I started with a delicious drink that I think was called Mezcal Orange Fizz. It was yummy! For the first course I chose the Salmon Crudo. It had a citrus dressing and crispy rice chip. It was absolutely delicious, but very tiny. I could have licked the plate because the dressing was so yummy. My friend had the gazpacho, which she said was very good With main course I chose the Garlic-Lemon Scallops and Corn. It was four delicious scallops on polenta garnished with popcorn. What a cool surprise! It was really good! My friend had the short ribs which she seemed to like as well. For dessert, we both chose the key lime tart. It was a little bit of heaven on a plate! I really enjoyed it. The portion sizes were appropriate - - what we probably should be eating rather than the huge portions we normally get. I was able to finish everything, and I left full but not stuffed. I did remove a star because I did not like that they charged a gratuity on a check for just one person. I normally tip a minimum of 25%, but they added 18%. I just left it. I understand the need to include the gratuity with a larger party (somehow the server always seems to get the short end on those larger parties). I don't know if that's a normal thing, or a restaurant week thing because, to be honest, hubby always pays the bill. I do recommend this hidden gem of a place. A little breakfast surprise tucked into my morning routine! I stopped by Hash Kitchen Arcadia after an early doctor's appointment since I was already in the area, and I'm so glad I did. I was just looking for a quick takeout option, but this turned into such a delicious little breakfast find. I ordered the Chicken Chilaquiles with eggs, and it was absolutely satisfying! The flavors held up beautifully even during the drive home, which is always a win when you're taking food to go. Nothing worse than getting home and your meal has lost its magic -- but this one traveled like a champ. The service was another highlight. Everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and impressively quick, making my stop easy and stress-free. Next time, I definitely need to come back and experience the full Hash Kitchen vibe because those fun, over-the-top beverages were calling my name! I'll just have to plan that visit when I'm not on Littles duty... because I have a feeling those drinks deserve my full attention. Can't wait to come back for another delicious breakfast adventure! read more

To start, let's talk about the Bloody Mary bar. It was absolutely amazing! The selection of toppings and mix-ins was top-notch, and the bartenders were incredibly helpful and friendly. I appreciated being able to customize my drink exactly to my liking. It was the perfect way to kick off my brunch. Now, let's get to the main attraction - the birria tacos. These were hands down some of the best tacos I've ever had! The meat was tender and juicy, and the spices were perfectly balanced. The homemade tortillas were the perfect vessel for the flavorful filling. I also appreciated that the tacos were served with a side of consommé for dipping, which added another layer of flavor to the already delicious tacos. I would definitely recommend Hash Kitchen to anyone looking for a fantastic brunch experience in Phoenix. From the Bloody Mary bar to the birria tacos, everything was on point. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. I can't wait to come back and try more items from their menu! read more

We recently celebrated my sister's birthday with a family brunch at this restaurant, and while the overall vibe was enjoyable--definitely a nice atmosphere for a special occasion--there were several issues that detracted from our experience. To start, the customer service left much to be desired. Our waiter was not only slow in bringing drinks but also seemed rather rude throughout our meal, which put a damper on the celebration. We had to send back three plates of food due to them being undercooked, which is quite unusual for us, as we typically try to make the best of our meals. However, undercooked food is a serious concern and cannot be overlooked. I decided to try the potato tacos, but I was frankly disappointed. The tacos were soggy with an insufficient amount of potatoes, making them quite unappetizing. Overall, while the occasion was special, the combination of poor service and food quality didn't quite meet our expectations. I hope they can improve these aspects for future diners. read more

We made a reservation over a month in advance for a group of 12 to celebrate a graduation, expecting a smooth and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but. Despite our confirmed reservation, we were not seated until 30+ minutes later because the staff refused to ask the previous party--who were well past their time limit--to vacate the table. Every 15 minutes, we were told it would be "just a little longer," only to be pushed back again and again. The staff were dismissive and unprofessional, showing little regard for our occasion or the inconvenience we were facing. On top of that, the music was blasting with a dj so loud that we could barely hear each other speak making the atmosphere feel more like a nightclub than a restaurant. This was supposed to be a special celebration, but instead, it was one of the most frustrating dining experiences we've ever had. We would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service or a respectful dining environment. read more

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this fantastic brunch spot in Arizona after a morning walk at Hole in the Rock, and I have to say, I was blown away by the experience. From the cozy ambiance to the friendly service, everything about this place was top-notch. But let's talk about the food, because that's what really stole the show for me. I ordered the Tortellini Carbonara Hash, and it was nothing short of magnificent. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with the creamy carbonara sauce complementing the tender tortellini and crispy hash browns in the most delicious way possible. It was truly a brunch dish to remember. Overall, I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great meal and a cozy atmosphere. Coffee, service, menu options and creativity, management follow-through. Phewww! I can't say enough about the entrees I've had: there's the Sicilian with sausage, peppers, and onions; Christina's Tamale Cakes with corn cakes, green chili pork, and green chili hollandaise; avocado toast at Hash is like none other (plan on leftovers); and my friend had the smoked salmon benedict. Check out their menu on line and GO! I can't wait to find another "victim" to drag to the Kitchen with me. I'm converting all my friends to fan club members. Went there on a Saturday morning. There was a little bit of a wait, but not too. Had a wonderful waiting area to sit with great vibes great music. Lively atmosphere. Being in Arcadia Neighbourhood, you see a mix of people. Everything from hipsters, to aunties and uncs, and people looking like they just left the set of Pop the Balloon or Find Love. As for the food, I had the catfish and grits. The catfish was cooked perfectly, well seasoned. Hot crispy fresh. The grits were a bit lacking as they were pretty runny but overall a good bite. Other people in my party got a short rib hash said it was delicious. The French toast and the pancakes are not anything different than what you get at any other high-end brunch spot. Prices of what you expect for a place like this, but all in all I would recommend.

They do have valet parking at this establishment or you can park on the side street about two blocks away for free. We opted to just park two blocks away. On this occasion, our server was very sweet. She was also a cancer zodiac sign, so very nurturing and she insured that we had a great experience. For food I have no complaints. I really enjoyed the grits and catfish and also a birthday pancake that was given to me by the establishment. I thought that was a really nice gesture, and it was delicious. The vibe and the food for this establishment is five stars. What I take issue with is the lack of glassware. I think if you're gonna offer sparkling wine or mimosas or even champagne, you should have the proper stemware. I thought that the mimosa flights came off very low brow and there was no way I was drinking out of what looked like glass baby bottles. When asked for a wine stem glass, they didn't have any. And I actually believe the server which they need to do better IKEA is not that far you can get some wine glasses. This is essential. I did also see that they had some upgraded bottles for bubbles and I wish I would've saw that on a menu as I would've purchased an upgrade it Prosecco or champagne. However, I would've been livid if I purchased an upgraded bottle and had to drink out of thick cognac glasses. Anyway, I would come back here, but I just think they need to do better on the actual glassware. It would elevate this establishment.

OHSO! I am oh so…read moresurprised I've never reviewed this place! I've been here a number of times so I guess I just always assumed I had. I was meeting friends for brunch on the back patio and they have loads of seating and misters even if it's 100 outside. We had their boozy brunch which consisted of a large champagne or AZ beer and an entree (like 10 to choose from) for $17. It was such a good deal and such a good meal! The avocado toast was so good and the crispy potatoes were delicious as well. I'm a sucker for breakfast potatoes so these hit the spot. Can't wait to go back for another brunch! More problematically for me though, this was the first place in my life that charged me a tip and final amount different (higher) than what I actually signed off on! This has never happened to me before, and let me tell you it is not a good feeling. I'm not sure if this was an innocent mistake or part of systematic fraud (no way to tell), but it left a very bad taste in my mouth. I called about it and they refunded me the full tip amount (which I appreciate) but also said they were unable to locate my signed check which was sus.

Clearly they hire customer friendly servers. Unfortunately.. one night.. we had a server Fabian S . He approached our table with zero welcome. He never asked if we wanted any drinks or appetizers. Just asked if we were ready to order. The food runner was fabulous!! FYI. He even asked if we needed anything. But Fabian was no where to be seen. He does NOT fit in to the Biltmore scene. He was lazy and never checked on us. Nothing. Love it here. But will make sure he is not my server.
