Absolutely love the selection available, and appreciate the delivery during this trying time. My absolute favorite is a tie between the strawberry thumb print cookies and the mini chocolate donuts (so hard to choose between sprinkles or orange peel on top). The thumbrprint cookie is a generous size (I split it with someone) and so delicious. The cookie itself isn't dry at all, and has little bits of almond in it. It is full of flavor while still having the perfect texture. I appreciate that while I purchased a few of these cookies they do come individually wrapped so perfect for sharing (if you aren't keeping them to yourself - I'm not here to judge at all!)

I shake my head and say, no dear. There's tons of sugar so you'll just have to dream. Then we look inside Hudson Valley Marshmallow Company. My wife looks inside and I whisper to her, Superman would have cracked. Hudson Valley Marshmallow Company has many different S'more combinations, from the graham crackers to the different marshmallows, Hudson Valley Marshmallow Company is down to Marshmallow clown. I ordered a Pumpkin Spiced Hot Chocolate and we each order a S'More. The counter-person lays out each graham cracker. Then he gets the chocolate and marshmallow and strategically places each piece on the cracker. Once everything is in place? Fire comes to the S'More party. The marshmallow gets all toasty, the chocolate is slightly melted and the graham gets a little toasted. When the fire is finished, my wife had the honors of squishing it all together. The first bite? Heaven. Everything you remember during childhood comes rushing back after the first bite. I had Jet-Puffed marshmallow out of a bag as a kid, what was offered was a high end marshmallow. You can't more bougie, that was one high end flavored Marshmallow! Once it was all assembled, heated and squished down, this was truly a treat for your senses. If you're in Beacon, I highly recommend hitting up Hudson Valley Marshmallow Company.

However, it was still delicious and satisfying. My husband got the avocado toast which was SUPER filling due to the hummus that was on it. He was only able to finish half of it. We also got a side order of fruit which, to my delight, was a bowl of berries! The fruit is seasonal so the combination might be different depending on what time of year you are visiting. Also, both of our coffees met our standards, which are a bit high these days. So kudos to them on that! The ambiance was absolutely incredible!!! Very well lit with a bright, welcoming atmosphere. We sat near the back of the restaurant (away from all windows), however we still felt like we were being flooded with sunlight. It was wonderful!
