My friends and I found this while we were on our way back to home, it looks so small from the outside but when you get in it is so spacious and big. I ended up ordering the Matcha Cream Latte and the Everything Croissant Waffle, my friends all got coffees. I was really worried that it wouldn't taste as nice but I was pleasantly surprised. The matcha had such good flavor, exactly what I needed after such a long night. I have been coming here since they've opened. I have tried several other coffees and I thought their coffees were okay. I can speak on behalf of their Matcha lattes. Their Matcha lattes are actually quite good. I usually opt for their matcha rather than their coffees now. I'm glad that they have more selections and pastries. I really like grid coffee, I've gotten their matcha drinks many times and they always taste wonderful to me. The service is also pretty good, the people are nice and even with a bunch of people the drinks come out pretty quickly. The ambiance is also really chill and looks pretty and aesthetically pleasing. Their blue lavender latte and their iced lavender matcha lattes are literally the best and I mean it. Nothing has come close so far. Service is always nice and friendly and quick! Can be a great place to work/study depending on where you are able to snatch seats! Theres only one community table that you can comfortably do work, the other seats you would sit awkwardly bit for work! I'm pretty basic with my coffees and always opt for a hot vanilla latte ($5.75). Visited Grid Coffee on a Sunday late morning and almost all the indoor seating was occupied. The decor and space is very minimal and relaxed. Good coffee and a nice area to hangout or study. Only downfall is the chairs have no backing so if you have a bad back, this may not be the place for you to hang around. Parking and seating is pretty good, but this place can get busy. But the seating is super nice and minimalistic and has outlets for people trying to work. The staff had been nice and helpful. Good amount of seating with a communal table but no back support :') Best for coffee chats or a quick work sesh. We ordered the einspanner and iced dalgona latte. Einspanner is a lil too thick & the dalgona latte not v sweet so mix both for maximum taste! I asked for light ice on the dalgona but wouldn't recommend bc my cup wasn't full. was in really good spirits! decided to stop by and finally try this cafe since i was in the area. there's lots of parking, which is a plus for sure. it was already brunch hour, so there was a good amount of people. luckily there was enough seating and everyone seemed to have their drinks, so i thought it would be fairly quick as i was the only one about to order. i wish they had another hard copy of the menu to browse, they have only one and it's by the register. but i had looked online beforehand and already knew what i wanted! there was a customer at the register who was talking to the barista for a few minutes. i think they were friends (which i totally adore), but a minute or two went by before they noticed i was there. i could've said something but i didn't want to interrupt, they could be catching up for all i know! i tend to think optimistically lol finally i'm about to order but felt really rushed. i ordered and sat on the side, where the friend comes back to the bar and is talking to both baristas at the same time. again, i didn't mind at all, they could be friends yapping it up! however, they hadn't started my drink until about 5 mins later, when i hear a barista say "ugh hold on lemme make this drink real quick". she makes my drink in less than a minute (turns out quick service is possible apparently!) and go back to talking. when they hand my drink on the bar, it had been about 10 minutes by this point, with no acknowledgement as i get my drink. maybe they have good service based on other reviews, but my experience service-wise was okay. as for the drink itself, it was between the range of okay/good! i ordered the double matcha. the foam was definitely the star, it was just the right amount of sweet. however, the matcha was just okay. i've had worse but i've had better also. i ordered the small so i got less ice which makes sense, but i swear it had like 4 cubes because by about 15 minutes later there was literally no ice. obviously it's expected when it's 95 outside, but a couple more cubes would've been nice yk? overall, this place has potential. i felt like i was interrupting (my mistake for ordering during business hours lol) and the drink was alright. i can check this place off list of matcha places to try at least! read more

One of my top local favs to grab coffee! I usually grab an Einspanner here, it's a joyous medley for your mouth! 10/10 I've been on a matcha kick, so trying the Matcha Cream was on my radar. The cream they added was great consistency giving the full drink smooth and milkyness, however I was just disappointed that the Matcha flavor didn't pull thru as I expected. Matcha was the dominating flavor, which indicates to me that it was good matcha and most likely a homemade lemonade with a lot less sugar than most lemonades. The service was good. This place is sooo beautifully decorated!! I loved my drink and I went everyday for a week straight!! I believe I was ordering the Spanish latte. The only thing I would fix is not taking it personal when someone's wants their drink adjusted or remade! I had great experience every time except the last. My drink for some reason was very milky that time and tasted more like milk than coffee. I went up to the counter and asked if they can maybe remake it with less milk and they took it really personal and said that's how it always is. I had been coming everyday and noticed a huge difference which is okay! But I was super polite and even then they seemed very annoyed which was kind of a turn off. I stopped by the merchant café so that I could have coffee with a friend. It is in the plaza with the Jack in the box, across the street from Walmart. One of the nice things about this place and why we picked it was because they are dog friendly. My friend has a very team dog, and they were able to bring their dog inside the café. No problem! It had an industrial look - very modern. Two regular sized drinks same out to about $15 with tip. I was excited to try the Blue lavender Matcha latte. I am not sure why it is blue lavender. It definitely didn't affect the color. The matcha was dominate and it was green. It tasted pretty good. It was a little on the sweet side, but was still good. Love, love this place. It's both a curse and a blessing that my work is so close because I have to stop myself from coming here everyday as soon as I'm off the clock. Favorite drinks are the Einspanner Latte and Matcha Cream Latte. What they both have in common is their delightfully indulgent and thick cream they layer on top of these drinks that elevate the drinks so much. Grid is in a plaza with plenty of parking. The ambiance is super simple but inviting. Plenty of people were inside either chatting it up or on their laptops.
