From the very beginning I waited in the store I told them to put two orders together and gave them the two numbers. They put the order next to each other and by the time the number is "ready for pick-up" on the screen, we went to ask them and my drink still wasn't ready. They can't even find my ticket and had to asked me to wait another 5 minutes. After waiting for 5 more minutes, it was shift change and it was someone else calling out the number and I have to ask them again because my drink is now just sitting there on the counter. Chang an fresh lychee oolong milk tea - this is a new drink that has bits of lychee and jelly in it. There is a slight floral osmanthus taste that makes this drink really refreshing on a hot day. They are very stingy on the jelly though. I only got a few pieces. Ordered this in 30% sugar and less ice and it was pretty sweet. Tasted like 70% sweet. Osmanthus oolong milk tea - if you like drinking perfume this is for you. It's not my cup of tea. The osmanthus is very strong. Dancong oolong milk tea and rock oolong milk tea - I'm bunching these together because honestly I don't know whats the difference between the two. One tastes slightly stronger than the other but I can't remember which is which. In terms of sugar levels, I've mostly gotten 70% for all drinks due to it being the recommended level, but it is usually a bit too sweet for my liking. I've tried getting a lesser sugar level, but the drink ended tasting extremely watered down.

I decided on the Coco Cotti (recommended by the employee) and the Cloud Mousse Blue Coco Latte (both hot). The Blue Coco Latte was delicious and tasty, I really liked the mousse foam on top. The employee said the blue color of the latte comes from the sugar they use. Unfortunately the Coco Cotti was disappointing. All I could taste was a faint hint of the coconut milk, barely any coffee flavor. I already suspected that the drink would be milked down when I opened the lid and saw how pale the drink was. I went home and pulled a shot of espresso and added it to my cup and luckily that improved the drink. The next time I stop by I'll be trying the Toffee Hazelnut series - that looks good!
