I paid full price $8.50 and it was never like this in the past. I love their Creme Brulee coffee and would go out of my way to get it, but this is unacceptable.

The café has a really nice aesthetic with both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a relaxing place to enjoy a meal. We decided to share the Mushroom Benedict and the Pink Vodka Pasta so we could try a little of both. I was actually most looking forward to the Mushroom Benedict, but the Pink Vodka Pasta ended up being my favorite of the two. The pasta had great flavor, while the Benedict was still good, just not as memorable as I was expecting. Overall, it was another enjoyable visit, and I'd definitely come back again to try more of the menu.
Great place to grab coffee and breakfast! The interior is very inviting and spacious, which is refreshing for those that want to sit down for their meal and/or do some work/studying. The service here was fantastic and the hostess was very welcoming. I ordered the mocha which was pretty good and also their chicken rice bowl (which came with eggs). The bowl was delicious, packed with chicken, and perfectly filling without feeling heavy. Also, bonus points for the presentation of the food and drinks, really added to the enjoyment of the meal. Really enjoyed this place and will definitely stop by next time I'm in the area!
Girl at the counter was really cute So they used to have WiFi here and you could sit eat lunch and do some work but I guess they opened up a cafe where you can do that elsewhere... Anyways, the panini was pretty filling end the coffees were great, my friend liked her spaghetti !! Einspanner w miso cold foam was 8/10 pretty solid It looked somewhat busy for a Wednesday lunch. We got our stuff to go to eat quickly and get work done at the cafe I would def try their sweets if we were allowed to work in there Oh wells! Enjoy

But today was a little off He ordered the smoked salmon eggs benedict and the yolks were both almost fully cooked through, practically hard-boiled consistency. As eggs benedicts are supposed to have runny centers, we did call over a server and asked very kindly about the mix-up. He was VV annoyed at us for even asking, making a face and talking w attitude saying "it's usually like that" (my friend has had this menu item from this location many times, he said it was always runny. we do wonder if they changed management or recipes, but that's beside the point) While he did eventually say he could tell the kitchen, he made us feel so bad we just said nvm and my friend ate it that way :( The lattes were good! Very strong and sweet! Otherwise, the server who brought our lattes was friendly and hospitable! And the girl at the register was welcoming and friendly too! -1 for the cooked yolks and unwillingness to fix the mistake -1 for the unnecessary attitude when we asked nicely (I worked food service too so I know his tone was unwarranted)
The Black Sesame Latte was the standout for me--rich and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. The Mocha Latte was equally impressive with a smooth espresso flavor and just the right amount of chocolate. You can tell they put care into every drink. For food, the Roast Beef Panini was delicious. The bread was perfectly toasted, the roast beef was tender and flavorful, and everything came together for a satisfying meal.
I only come here maybe once a year, and each time I have a great time and I think, I should come here more often. What I ate: - Hojicha Basque cheesecake: This was thick and creamy, tempered by the roasted green tea flavor. But, don't be fooled by the name, or the dark top. This was not a Basque cheesecake at all, more like a traditional cheesecake. Basque cheesecake, when done well is a light creamy almost fluffy cake with a burnt topping to give it a nice, rounded flavor. This was super thick and dense. The dark "burnt" top did nothing for flavor. The slight nutty roasted green tea flavor was mild and honestly very good. If you're not a fan of overly sweet desserts, but wanted to indulge in something creamy, this may be the dessert for you. - Iced latte with oat milk: Creamy, cold, and delicious pick me up. Not sweet but still decadent from the oat milk (I typically drink my coffee black but treated myself to some oat milk). Pros: - I really do love the inside of this cafe. There are plenty of 4top and 2 top tables, as well as a few communal long tables, and a higher communal table next to the baristas for people just waiting for their drinks before leaving. Lots of people were there to grab a meal, and some were there to work on their laptop. There is also a glass paneled conference room in the back which would be ideal for study groups. I'm sure you could reserve it, though when I went it looked like a meeting of staff was in progress - Menu is really nice mix of cafe foods - Coffee is really good - Staff is always cheerful and helpful - Plenty of parking in the lot Cons: - Honestly, the only con I can think of is the fact that I always forget about this cafe, and that's on me. I come here every year to sit and wait while I get my car windows tinted at the shop next door. I wish I came here for often for lunch - Definitely a morning and afternoon cafe, they close early at 4pm. The sweets sister cafe is open a bit longer, but smaller with less plush seating. Would I come again? Yes, if I can just remember

Mushroom Toast (10/10) - I believe it is honey whole wheat toast layered with mixed greens, fluffy scrambled egg, and mushroom. All the ingredients are super fresh and come together well. I love how they make their mushroom juicy and not so oily. Smoked Salmon Benedict (9/10) - I am usually not a fan of Benedict because of the sauce. However, they made the egg perfectly hard on the outside but running yolk on the inside. It layers egg, smoked salmon, and mixed greens on top of English muffin. The smoked salmon is a bit salty but it balances well with the other ingredients.
Aroma Cafe is the main store to Sweets a couple of doors down. I went here on a Saturday at 11:30 AM to grab brunch before stopping by Sweets for a pickup order. There were plenty of parking as it's in a shared plaza. For the store, it's a moderate size but it was definitely busy at the time we went. For ordering, you'll need to order at the counter before sitting down. After browsing the menu, we decided on the pink vodka pasta and the rich miso pasta (Taiwanese sausage added). American Express is accepted as a payment option. The staff gave us a number to place on the table we sat at but we were free to grab any seat we liked. For seating, there were a few tables for parties of two and limited tables for bigger groups. Keep in mind if you need water or extra napkins, they'll have those near the bar seating. Both the Pink Vodka Pasta and Rich Miso Pasta exceeded our expectations! The miso pasta leans on the creamy side but pairs very well with the pink vodka pasta. The miso pasta didn't come with any protein by default, so we were glad that we added the Taiwanese sausage. Fun fact is that the meatball from the Pink Vodka Pasta is vegan! The portion size was super generous from both dishes and was beyond just two people. I wasn't expecting to discover pasta dishes that I'd consider as one of my favorites from this visit! I'll definitely come back to try other dishes.
Was looking for a coffee shop in the area and found this on Yelp with many great reviews so decided to check it out. The cafe is cute and is more than just a grab and go spot. You can actually sit and they offer food on their menu. If I had more time, I would have done so since lots of things looked appetizing. The girl at the front helped us with their menu and answered all our questions. We ended up getting creme brulee latte and hojicha latte. I liked the drinks. They were pretty good. There is a more grab and go location literally doors down from here. Will come back and check out their food and sweets sometime.
8/10 Got the roast beef panini. Great sandwich overall. It came out fresh and hot which was nice as I like my food hot. All the ingredients tasted fresh and the cheese was perfectly melted. I'd definitely come back to try more of their food
Truly impressed!! Coffee was good and they have a roastery/sell their own beans. It seemed like a lot of the menu items have Taiwanese influence, which I enjoyed. The pasta was delicious. Plenty of seating so we had no issues with that. There's a dessert store owned by the same company a few doors down and they were offering samples while we were there. They were good, not too sweet, but the fruit flavor wasn't super strong or apparent either. Would love to come back if I'm in the area!
It has been my favorite place for many years, and my favorite drink-matcha, but lately the quality is not there any more. As a loyal customer, sincere reviews matter most. The drinks from Sweet Aroma tastes better than the cafe. Btw, the manager today said this is normal with an attitude. Here's the picture of the drink for matcha lovers to see.
I've coming for several years now, ever since it opened! It's one of my favorite / best coffee shop in this area! It's long due for a review, when it first opened, it already has great coffee and now they have even better selection (food and dessert) . I'm a latte lover, I strongly recommend sea salt caramel latte / sesame latte, you can ask for half sweet! But everything else is delicious The inside space is well decorated and very soothing , I love having afternoon gathering with friends here. Spacious, and you won't be too close to other tables. read more

Cute cafe that is great for brunch. Typically if you get there before 10am on the weekends you don't have to wait too long. Love their weekend Benedict specials. Today we got the mushroom Bennie. If you love mushrooms, this is for you. The hollandaise sauce is nice and creamy but they could use a little bit more of it...i like things saucy. We also got the classic French toast. The bread is a little dry, but the strawberry's were picked perfectly. Maybe if they added a bit of whipped cream, it would counter the dryness of the bread. We also got the seared salmon, Taiwanese sausage panini, and rich miso pasta. All were flavorful! Just a note, the seared salmon bowl has a lot of salad . My son was looking for more rice...but they use the purple rice...my son wasn't used to that. All in all, great place, great service. You order at the front and then they prepare a table for you. read more

This was a pricey cafe that was hard to find since it's located in a plaza, surrounded by a lot of other businesses. Also, they are renovating so their sign couldn't be seen It's open daily 8am-4pm Parking was ok but could be difficult since their parking lot was shared with other businesses Service was friendly and welcoming Inside was spacious and had a good amount of seating. However, I wish there were more power outlets and WiFi! Menu had a good variety of coffee and tea drinks, as well as food items Pricing was pretty pricey so expect to pay $6-7+ for most of their drinks and most food items were $15+ Iced Sesame Latte ($7) was ok. Got it half sweet with less ice and the black sesame wasn't as rich in flavor as I was expecting. It tasted pretty bland and not too sweet. I could hardly taste the coffee so it was pretty disappointing. This was 6.5/10 Smoked Salmon Egg Benedict ($19) was alright. The egg was slightly overcooked but it tasted pretty fresh. The smoked salmon was too salty and fishy. This was 7/10 Overall, I most likely won't recommend or return unfortunately read more

I love me a trendy breakfast spot with latte art, matcha options, desserts and a good selection of food, and this place checks off all the boxes. I don't ever come to this area but when my brother and his fiancée visited from Texas and suggested we meet here for breakfast I was like, hell yes! Everything about this place is super cute, and it's definitely a popular spot with the locals since there was a line when we got here. Thankfully we didn't wait a long time. We ordered the French toast, smoked salmon Benedict and matcha tiramisu. Everything was so good! The staff is also super nice and made the experience even better. If I'm ever in this area I'll be sure to stop in and try other items because they all look so yummy! Happy eating! read more
I love love love this place. Being from Walnut, this place will always be a staple breakfast spot. The interior is beautifully decorated, the staff is nice, and the food is good. Miso Pasta 4/5: Considering how many times I have been here, I have never tried this dish. It had a really good flavor but overall would be a little heavy to eat on its own. Smoked Salmon Toast 5/5: This is my go-to dish here and always hits the spot. The bread is seasoned to perfection and the poached egg on top adds a nice touch to the presentation and taste. Drinks 4/5: I have never been the biggest fan of their espresso as I find it to be a bit too acidic for me, however the latte was beautifully decorated and overall had a good taste (minus the espresso taste). This is always a good option when deciding on a Sunday brunch spot, prices are a bit higher but worth it! read more
Located next to their sister store, Sweets by Aroma Craft (see my other review) this is the first of the two that opened. The interior space is nicely decorated for people to enjoy coffee, pastries or sweet and savory snacks. There's a private seating area that can be reserved with a minimum spend amount (see my photo for pricing) They also have a bar area (no booze) and plenty of tables for either 2 or 4. Aroma carries their own roasted beans. Some are pricey, while others are more inline with other gourmet roasters. They have a small roaster onsite tucked into the corner. Whenever I check out a new coffee place, I always get a cappuccino. All of their coffee based drinks use their espresso beans, and this produced a smooth and bold cap, plus I always appreciate a nice latte art. (See photo) The brown sugar iced latte was a bit too mild. The brown sugar flavor was very very subtle and on only had a hint of sweetness. We likely will not get this again. The service was very good, and everyone we came across was friendly. I really liked the vibe here because it seemed customers were there to socialize with friends, unlike Starbucks where everyone has a laptop and headphones on. I also like the ambiance, and topping it off with a good cappuccino really makes me wish this is much closer to my house. read more
I went here with my friends during lunch. First time here, I've always been so excited to try this place, yet it was so disappointing. We ordered the hibiscus tea but it was flavorless, my friend did not end up drinking it at all after she took one sip. However, the summer espresso was good though. Also, we ordered the miso pasta, I've seen great reviews about this that's why I wanted to try it. But I was so disappointed how salty it was, felt like I was eating a teaspoon of salt in every bite, that even though I was hungry I could not even finish it. read more

This is a very spacious eatery. The design is very unique with a bar area section. The breakfast with our iced lattes were delicious. The cashier was very friendly and offered a sample of one of their cookies and shared what they had in season. I would come back! read more

I was recommended by a coworker when I was looking for a good coffee bean to purchase and make espresso at home. I really like their coffee bean having a bold and bitter taste rather than sour. I'm kind of new to espresso world so sour coffee is an acquired taste. This place has a variety of beans. The front cashier you was very well educated about coffee. He's not just a cashier. He recommended the one they use for their Americano. And I was surprised that they serve food too! They all looked good but we didn't get any food just coffee. When the coffee was ready they come out with a tray and it was so cute! I'd go back to get another bag of coffee beans and food! read more
A nice brunch place. I enjoy coming here with my girlfriends. It's a good place to chat, for there is no rush to leave. Even though it can get busy, it's not loud and noisy. This place is modern and rustic. You first order with the cashier and then the food/drinks are brought to your table. The food is delicious, and I enjoyed my strawberry matcha (it's also a pretty drink)! I do think it's a bit on the pricey side. It's fine though. I do recommend this place. read more

Don't mistake their sister store that's 2 stores down! Thats what me and my husband did when we came here to try their food. Cute little brunch spot thats really straight forward. Order your food/drinks, get your number and wait at a table. Husband got the mushroom benedict and I got their roast beef panini. Really enjoyed the benedict though I wish the panini had a little less cheese. Their place can get packed fairly quickly. I would definitely come back to try other things on their menu. read more
Came with friends on Saturday for lunch. Tried out their weekend-only item, smoked salmon, Benedict. Eggs were well prepared with soft yolk inside. The salmon was fresh and the greens were in good amounts. The blueberry cheesecake was smooth and flavorful. I preferred it without the syrup. Crème brûlée latte was bold in coffee aroma and loved the crust. Service was fast. You could need to order first and find a seat. The decor was modern and simple. Love the lighting. Came here on the weekend since the Benedict's are only available for the weekend brunch. I had the Salmon Benedict which was pretty good! The place is spacious but was full with people, however it wasn't noisy or felt super cramped. They also have a mini cafe with coffee, tea, sweets and during the weekdays you can choose from toasts, pasta, rice bowls, paninis etc. Parking was easy to find. Will come back to try the pastas! read more

Wait.. did I really just have pasta at a coffee shop? I sure did... We were hungry and needed some fuel to keep us going through the day. Showed up at Aroma Craft Coffee unsure of what to expect but totally surprised with what we received.. in a good way. The place is comfortable, plenty of seats available. I was hoping to have gotten the sesame tart I had seen on yelp but they were out of it for that day. Opted for the rich miso pasta which was DELICIOUS!! so with that I would say.. don't let the name of the place throw you off. Stop by and get a panini or a tart with some coffee at Aroma Craft Coffee. read more

My dad wanted to treat us out for breakfast and recommended Aroma Craft. It's super cute inside. I ordered their popular avocado toast and paired it with a matcha latte. I kept raving about its presentation and how delicious it was. It had scrambled eggs in it too. Pretty filling that I took the other half home. If I was still a student, this cafe would be perfect place to study. It isn't noisy and the interior makes you feel calm and comfortable. The staff are inviting and kind.
