Thirsty Waters was one of the vendors at the Sony Pro Support events, and their friendliness, as well as the great drinks, turned me into a fan. I loved the tart sweetness of the butterfly pea flower drink, as well as the strong tea flavor of the classic thai tea. I hope to come by the actual shop and try more of their drinks soon.

This place has been on my list for a while to try. It's not too far from my house, but the big push was their collaboration of Godzilla with them. My Son is a huge Godzilla fan so of course had to go check it out. Outside on the windows were pictures of Godzilla. They had their menu out of what their specialty for that was went in. It was decorated throughout with Godzilla decor Mothra other characters. Very creative loved the drinks and the cookie was so good! I would definitely go back to try the other regular items they have Service was great very friendly It was clean ,loved the vibe , so many places to sit and enjoy your items

Thirsty Waters is a tea shop. They have pure teas, fruit teas, lemonades, milk teas, fresh milk, and some Tokyo street food. They also have Vietnamese coffee and matcha. I ordered the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk. It was excellent. Perfect balance of brown sugar and fresh milk. Lots of brown sugar flavor throughout the drink which i thoroughly enjoyed. The brown sugar flavor was rich and sweet. It came with boba which wasn't what I ordered. Still, the boba had perfect texture as it was soft, gummy, and chewy. Service was great. Was greeted upon entry. Cashiers were friendly. They asked if i wanted a sample to which I declined. I didn't want boba in my drink so I asked if I was able to order it without on the tablet. They said unless I chose the option to add boba, I wouldn't get boba. I didn't specify I wanted boba on the order but they still put it in anyway. I was behind two behind people that ordered and left once they received their drinks. Spacious inside the establishment. It was well-ventilated. Tables are spaced aqaduately. There's counter seating, some tables with chairs, and some sofas with tables. They had Demon Slayer merchandise and Tokidoki merchandise in the corner of the shop. On the right side near the counter, is a brightly lit LCD and colorful menu screen with pictures of menu items Depending on the depth of your car cup holder, they may or may not be cup-holder friendly. As in they do fit however but because the cups are a bit tall, some turns can cause drink to topple over. I enjoyed the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk. I only wished the order came out how I specified but otherwise it was still exceptional. Will come back for another visit!

A legit tea spot that willl quench any thirst. Good place to get some work done , as they offer wifi. They even got snacks/apps if you get hungry. we tried the truffle parm and thought it was good. Location isn't the largest but they got a good amount of seats for the size. Parking is shared with other stores around the area.

I had a good experience at Thirsty Waters (Rowland Heights). I ordered the Roasted Barley Milk Tea ($6.49 - Perfect Sweet - Perfect Ice) with Brown Sugar Boba (additional 99 cents). It's described as a nutty, roasted grain with warm popcorn notes. (Important: Cash is not accepted. This is a cashless location.) I arrived at Thirsty Waters (Rowland Heights) on Monday (around 11:05AM - Near Opening Time). Parking is very easy. The lot is big. It shares the Stater Bros Market's plaza. When I'd arrived, Staff informed me that there would be a 10 minute wait for boba. So I used that time to explore and admire the location. Staff is very professional, charming, and helpful. Staff happily answered all my questions, and Staff maintained a bright, cheery demeanor. At 11:15AM, I used the self-service kiosk to make my order. My drink took two minutes and 30 seconds. Very fast! As mentioned, I ordered the Roasted Barley Milk Tea ($6.49 - Perfect Sweet - Perfect Ice) with Brown Sugar Boba (additional 99 cents). To my immense satisfaction, I tasted thoughtful flavors. There were moments where the drink reminded me of the famous Popcorn Milk Tea from Torotea. Unfortunately, this drink tasted a little diluted & watery. The delicious, fresh popcorn taste was present, but it's very faint. Concerning the boba, it felt fairly standard. I appreciated the boba's bounce and playfulness. Regarding ambiance, Thirsty Waters (Rowland Heights) is a solid study/work spot. Although I counted only two electrical outlets, this business offers Power Stations for customers' devices. Woah!! There's also customer internet with password; the information is taped onto the side, but customers can find the info by talking to Staff. There's also a gender neutral restroom in the back. I especially loved the animated, energetic, and cheerful music; this music felt like Nintendo background music. The location felt fairly spacious and well-ventilated. There's five tables and one long counter. If I were to nitpick, some parts of the wall looked chipped. Also, there's tiny pieces of unswept trash in the corners. Regardless, Thirsty Waters (Rowland Heights) felt very clean and welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to Thirsty Waters (Rowland Heights). The drink is refreshing; Staff is exceedingly welcoming; and the location has genuine utility. If searching for a pleasant study/work spot, I recommend Thirsty Waters (Rowland Heights). 4.6 out of 5

Tried their ube strawberry milk and omg it's so good! You can tell it's made with quality ingredients and it doesn't just taste like flavored milk. Consistency is pretty thick, which I like a lot. I also ordered the parmesan fries and it's a pretty portion. Fries are thin sliced, which are my fav. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area and would recommend if you're in the area! Ordering was super easy - self order on a kiosk. Staff was friendly greeting and saying thank you, goodbye.

Super cute place! We were picking up food in the area - I need Asian eats even when I'm traveling- and Rowland Heights is the spot! We just got into town from SF on a Wednesday night. A good boba after sitting in that LA traffic was just what needed. It was just before 7pm. There was no one in there except for a guy with a laptop standing at the counter ledge by the window. There is a good amount of space to chill between tables and a lounge chair area. (Many of my go-to spots in SF don't have this much seating -if any at all.) Unfortunately, we didn't stay to enjoy it, as we had to get to get back on the road. The drink menu is pretty clear and fairly simple, but had all the essentials and enough variety for everyone. There is a large self ordering screen, but someone did come out when I had a question. I had the Strawberry Dream with matcha cold foam (delish and pretty in presentation). My daughter had the Phoenix Oolong Milk Tea. Both drinks were ordered with boba (good flavor and consistency). I'd love to come back when I'm in the area again.

Probably some of the best tea I've had for a boba place! I came here for a special event, and ended up trying two drinks. The Roasted Barley Milk Tea & The Phoenix Oolong Milk tea are must tries! The workers and owners here are very friendly! The establishment itself is very spacious, new, and clean. They even have a selection of fries here if you want a snack while hanging out! Definitely give them a try, and support a local business.

It's our second time here after having korean bbq. Service was excellent and was very informative on the drinks. It was almost closing time and the place was nice and clean. The boba was perfectly nice and soft to chew Great spot to hang out and plenty of parking

I'd first heard about Thirsty Waters when they did a Demon Slayer pop-up at Anime Expo, so when my friends and I were in the area, I knew I had to check it out! When we walked in, we were offered a welcome drink (I think it was a chrysanthemum tea?) -- not really my taste since it leaned a little too floral, but still a nice touch. I ended up ordering the gyokuro milk tea instead, and wow -- it was rich, well-rounded, and honestly one of the best milk teas I've had. The space itself was really nice: clean, bright, and plenty of tables to sit at. There's even a claw machine by the menu for some extra fun. They did also sell some blind boxes at the front! Also, random detail, but the bathroom was spotless and stocked with 2-ply toilet paper -- little things like that go a long way! If I'm back in the area, I'd definitely stop by again

    Anissa M.

Thirsty Waters is located in the same plaza as Stater Bros, and replacing the same space where Sharetea used to be. I ordered the chrysanthemum tea, no adjustments. Very mild chrysanthemum flavor then what I'm typically used to, but still a nice refreshing treat after a solid hot pot dinner. Our group was pretty big (7-8 individual orders) so I appreciate that the service was quick and friendly! If I'm in this plaza again, maybe I'll try another drink off their menu.

The Summer Serenade was refreshing because of the fruit, but it lacked sweetness. The whole bowl tasted only mildly sweet. The grass jelly bear was cute, but it also lacked sweetness. The coconut pudding bear was better--the texture and flavor were good. The Twilight Pearls had a lot of slimy textures. Most of the popcorn chicken pieces had a crispy texture, whereas others were a tad soggy. With medium spice, the chicken was very flavorful. That summer you saved me, like the first bite of something new when you thought you'd forgotten what butterflies felt like. The season changed and you suddenly disappeared.... just an empty pink box on the counter. Only crumbs remain now, where your strawberry-glazed humor used to melt into every moment like sugar on warm dough. My heart split like a jelly donut. Still, I'm grateful as the world is as it should be. I pass by the donut shop on 66 and smile. People think it's just about donuts. But once.... a long time ago, one saved my life. Although my previous 3 star review of this place, i still think its a decent place to come so from…read moretime to time I would still come but it is just not a 5 star boba shop overall including services. And trust me, i have been to hundreds if not thousands of boba shop including international. This time around, I went there to order a popcorn milk tea as usual without ice. First they came out having ice in there...fine little mistakes , no biggie. I told them about it and the server apologized and took it in for people inside to change it. Good service right there. Now when it came back out, the cup is wet and i saw a chuck of ice was gone...AND milk tea ( not sure if the wetness if the cup is water or milk tea ) but regardless #1 they didnt even give an effort to clean or wipe down the cup for me after taking out the ice #2 they obviously didnt refill any milk tea back #3 the main reason for me not having ice was i dont want my milk tea to be water down by ice overtime and it was there with ice for a few minutes, im sure it watered down some so they didnt even bother to fill back the missing tea. Come on torotea, your shop is already overhype in the beginning but you cannot even do some common sense basic service now?
